    Shop & Cafe ready to go but the Court is still closed due to the vast amount of drainage works being done to prevent it flooding again.

    Tons and tons of soil has been excavated ready for the drainage pipes.

    :thumb: Oh yes like the shop & the idea in the cafe of leaving in the old stable boxes in is brilliant.. Like that very much.. Shame about the drainage works still being on going, but it will be worth it in the end.. Lets hope they get finished soon.. Thanks for giving us a sneak preview Pal... :wink::thmb:

    :thumb: Oh yes like it Pal.. You can just see a couple of high stools there.. So nice to see so many original fixtures & fittings being used like that..:thumb: Jazmine it will be worth it later in the year for sure.. :thumb:

    Its nice to see that in the renovations, they have left it as it was, very authentic.

    Yes,it is nice to see architecs keeping and using original features like that:)

    Today I was in Chipping Campden working on the Old Grammer School

    It's dated 1487. The walls are covered with initials of past pupils.

    I had to refurbish these windows...they were originally glazed with leaded light panes.

    The inside looks so nice, what is it used for now??

    And ya, i would love to have a job like that, or tag along for a few days and see some of the places that you've seen!!

    The building has been converted into flats/apartments......you would be most welcome to come along,I'm always needing someone to foot my ladder:gnthb:.

    Awww you're at it again Pal.. That is lovely.. I could live there no problem..! These Idyllic little places you manage to be sent to, to work....!! Ahhh life is nice to some workers sometimes then mate... :wink::hehe:

    And to round of the week ...I had the task of sanding down this Oak door to rid it of grey staining...only wish I'd taken a pic before hand!:dh:
    Anyway,this is the finished result..
