I was listening to the Germany - South Korea game on BBC 5 Live. Alistair Bruce Ball & Chris Sutton's commentary is very emotive. It's worth picking up on a podcast.

Well I'd put that lot on the plane tonight, best if they dont hang around in Russia anymore, costing money.
They didn't seem to know where the goal was, seemed to be running around a lot but doing nothing.

That cant happen now, my opinion it was tactical play at least if we do progress we cant meet Brazil until the final, if i was the manager i wouldn't want to face them until the final,

England made eight changes he wouldn't do that if he wanted to win, imho he is resting them for the next round i hope :fingers crossed:.

They shouldn't need resting, they last played on Sunday.
If they played tennis they could end up playing a 4 hour match and be back on court the next day, they are supposed to be professionals.
I think that is where footballers lack any credibility, supposedly super fit, but mostly a bit dodgy.

If they played to lose, then they should be ashamed.

I think that when Vincent Kompany came on one of our top players should have as well. I can't see why he had 2 unused caps at the end of it.

If I'd have been a fan paying 2 grand or more I would've been disgusted to watch a bunch of reserves or the " B " Team.

And why Fabian Delph was playing when he's got a flight home just after midnight God only knows. His mind wasn't on the match it was on his wife in hospital. If Gareth wanted him to play he should have played him Sunday and then said " right, go home you've been part of it ".

It’s probably worth remembering that both teams were already through, so in some ways a non-event, with not too much riding on it. It’s bound to affect the mindset? Let’s just hope that England’s 1st team pick up where they left off :fingers crossed:

I think, and it's only a guess, that Southgate played his A players with lesser teams to ensure the team went through this stage. Whatever happened today wasn't going to affect that so we got the worse players and a very dull game

A squad is made up of 23 players. They were all picked on merit and should be able to do the job. If it is an A team v B team scenario then you might as well send the others home now.

Good morning well I completely disagreed with the that 8 players were replaced last night,it goes against the grain for Woo,and I must be the most gullible Owl in the woods as I believed the manager when he said in the week,we want to win the game to keep our positive momentum going:whistle:
