Sounds lovely Penny -as long as you don't have to go out shovelling/blowing!
We had just a slight dusting of the cars here last night - nothing to go tabogganing in unfortunately :(
A Happy New Year to all!

    Thanks NatalieB :)
I will take 2 paracetamol again tonight, I must admit I didn't expect to feel like this afterwards. It's probably a bit bruised inside.

A bit bruised? Drink nice warm soothing drinks, milky tea.....mmmmm just remember to make it 'child friendly warm' so it's soothing. Hoping you're getting a good nights sleep.

Well, after a wonderful first night supper - steamed mussels, bbq'd bison steaks, bearnaise sauce, asparagus, baby corn, baby carrots, baked potatoes with all the toppings, fresh baked french bread and a humungously huge bowl of caesar salad - we're all sitting watching good ol' telly for the evening and drinking a nice spicy caesar :)

Hope everybody's new year's day has been a good one, and safe from the different weather conditions we have out there :)

I got a new camera last Christmas - that was the 2008 one! ................. and I feeblishly admit that I only took it off auto 1 month ago :dh: I am having great fun with macro and super macro now - but still can only take the manual in little bits - still don't understand alot about aperature etc but looking forward to learning from you all here.

snowing on and off here all day

Hi Penny nice to meet you

Yes I do. Are your temps F or C? I'm quoting in Celsius.

My relatives live over in Nova Scotia and leave before Christmas every year for Europe as they won't stay in Canada over the winter as its soooooo cold.
