Penny.....I'm jealous :( I absolutely love love love the snow (makes a difference granted, when we don't have it for months, but rather days at a time).....important things like a full freezer, full pantry, a seasons worth of heating oil, warm clothes for playing out in, logs for the fire.......and it's bliss :) I do recall the groans this time of year though in NS when we had to venture out to do groceries or such in weather that wasn't good, and had been that way for weeks......it takes a whole new meaning then.
Hope you are staying safe and warm, and don't have to venture out anywhere.

Nice to see the snow isn't putting you off your walks Rosa, lovely pic.:thmb:

Unfortunatley the couple of inches we got a few days ago has turned to ice and its like 'dancing on ice' out there :usr:

I bet your counting the days before hubby's home, wont be long now.:luv:

Take care on your walks. 02

ahhhh Rosa - your pics are lovely :) We got a slight dusting last night - just enough to make the roads slippery - nothing major. Hoping it doesn't snow too much later in week as out of town on Wed/Thurs just north of London, and then a couple of meetings in Essex on Friday....hmmmmmm - we shall have to see!

Jazmine - have you found your energy? I've had a look around here and can't find any to send you.......

Back to work today - guess I'd better get motivated eh? Have a good safe Monday everybody :)

    Good morning everyone,

I'm running late this morning, couldn't wake up until after seven and have a cracking headache as well which no doubt will go on all day like they usually do:(

I have been preparing the meat and veggies to go into my slow cooker so Mr Kandy will have a nice meal of stew and dumplings to come home to tonight:D

Had to defrost my car this morning so that Mr Kandy coud get off of the drive to go to work and then had to go and make the dental appointment that got cancelled before xmas.I have had two more pieces of tooth break off on Saturday evening:oops: so I think the tooth is going to have to be taken out:(Anyway have to go tomorrow at 3pm and it is with another dentist so will see what they say when it is accessed:p

Rosa, love your snow piccies:gnthb:.Mine are on the computer, now all I have to do is turn them and sort through them to see which ones i am going to put up.We have more snow forecast for tomorrow onwards and so I might get some good photos this week:D

Penny I love the snow but don't fancy the -32c.You must have anti freeze in your blood:D

Anyway,I have lots of ironing to do today despite the headache and then there is the caravan to clean out, birdies to feed, emails to answer, photos to put up on here, prezzies to put away, thank you cards to write, breakfast to eat, appointments to keep etc etc,so will catch up with you all as and when I can.phew.....:D

Hope you all have a great day and please drive and walk carefully on those paths and on the roads:)

Oh Penny, that sounds absolutely freezing :(
I braved a walk today but it was icy and slippery and I regretted it really. I had to have a lie down when I got home :D

Hope the parsnips thaw Loopy. Parsnip and potato mash, lovely. :)

I have achieved quite a bit today in between the lie downs. Chill time this evening methinks, no OH to tend to :luv: well until later.
