good morning kandy, peri,woo, jazmine, marley, natalie, takemore, penny and everyone,
doesnt look as iff we have had any more snow but the side roads are all thick snow and ice cold and lots of dark clouds.
kandy thanks pleased you like my pics, do hope your sister gets to hospital and so does her surgeon keep my fingers crossed everything goes well for her.

Good morning everyone, I am snowed in so I am pottering about and doing a bit of housework. There are some amazing photos on here! i am impressed

my dentist appt was cancelled and my meeting tonight has been moved to monday evening so i am going to stay home all day

Its -9 here and snowing, but at least it isnt squalls though.

Doing a pile of laundry, its all my daughters so she doesnt have to do it when we take her back to school on Saturday.

Good Evening everybody

I never got here this morning as it was too cosy in my bed so when I did get up I was in a rush to get out.

I have to walk 5 days a week in this weather - 3 miles a day. Need the wellies on tommorrow as the path is so bad now that I will have to walk in the field to get to the main road - which I have to walk on as the footpaths are a disaster.

I had to walk in -17.4 last Tuesday morning - I will never forget that in my whole life - my nose started running and then stoped - it froze at the end of it :hehe: I thought my fingers were gonna fall off and I got pins and needles in my legs.

We had no snow falling last night thank goodness but no thaw for the foreseeable future.

Glad to hear everyone is coping well in the snow. Here in the East we have got off fairly lightly.
Been busy today but time to sit down. Went into town but left early because of the weather. Hoping my new writing class won't be called off tomorrow evening :(

 

evening everyone, its been snowing quite heavy here tonight, ive just looked at airport regarding flights didnt have paris to newcastle mornings flights but tonights flight from paris after 9 is cancelled so im hoping hubby gets the flight in the morning as he flys into paris from malabo africa early in the morning, so lets hope he gets the flight and i can get up to airport in the morning will see.

jazmine lets hope the flight from paris in the morning isnt cancelled and even iff newcastle airport is open as it didnt open till 9am this morning and its snowed quite bad tonight here got these pics tonight.hubby wont be too pleased iff he gets stuck in paris airport as hes will be so tired after flying all night from africa and working these past 5 weeks on a rig.

 

Lovely pictures Rosa. He deserves to get home to you, he must be exhausted poor chap. I'm sure you will look after him well when he is home :luv:

 

thanks jazmine, when he called last night he said he was tired and he said it was soo hot over there in africa wait till he gets here in this cold weather, will leave the heating on when i leave in the morning for the airport will get some pics up at newcastle airport

good morning woo, everyone, just popped in for a sec before i get ready for the off to the airport, checked incoming flights to newcastle airport and paris is up there so it hasnt been cancelled, still loads of snow out there so hoping the drive up there is ok.
