Hi Penny, Rosa has moved into a flat with a yard so she is busy buying things to decorate it!

Let's hope quite a few members can make it Shiney, a great way to meet up :gnthb:

I will wear a hat :lollol:

I walked from the centre of Norwich to the dentists today {yet another filling needed in two weeks} the sun was shining, the birds were singing, the squirrels were out and it was beautiful :)

    Good morning everyone,

rosa, welcome back :hehe:. It's good to hear that your decking is being done. It won't be long before you'll be able to relax out there in lovely warm weather :thumb:.

Well, it looks like another nice day so I shall see whether my back and shoulders are up to doing a bit of pressure hosing. Some areas of the patio are pretty mucky :(. I hope to do an hour of it and see how I feel. :)

A bit of paperwork to be done first.

    Have a great day :D

Rosa - sounds like you are really getting into that garden! As sad above - in no time you'll be able to sit outside on a lovely day and just enjoy it :)

Woo - hope you're feeling better - and thank goodness it's NOT man flu! Nothing worse is there? hehe

Takemore - so sorry to hear of your news.

Shiney - you're open day sounds good! My territory includes all around your area.....so I'm there once in a while :) Was also past Woo's yesterday on my way down to Deal.....silly me went on the A2/M2 rather than the M20/A20.......took me the really really really long way around and through Canterbury......I did come home the right way though. Did you see me waving from the bridge Woo? lol

The tour for forum members sounds great Shiney - if people from here don't like driving, I'm sure we could arrange some car sharing?

Well, break time over......it's back to work.....groan......Have a great one everybody!
ETA: Have I missed news on Kandy at all? Haven't noticed her around for a while and hope with all her health issues recently she is okay?

    Night night friends :hehe:

Woo, I will always come and give you a nice hot bath. :hehe: Hope you feel better soon. Give Kandy our good wishes too.

Natalie I don't know if I could take the strain of meeting you and Shiney on the same day :yho:

Rosa, I have missed you!! I guessed you were busy enjoying yourself - speak soon!
I had a great day, met my dad and took him for muffin and hot chocolate then we watched some archive films in the forum. He is so easy to please :luv:
Popped into my sons, then went to see Shutter Island then went for a pizza but it was all full!!

Good morning everyone, hope everyone is well. Good to see you back Rosa, and looking forward to seeing your update on your new garden.

I'm having a break from gardening today and will be going out into the lakes with my camera to meet up with another photographer to visit and photograph one of the lesser well known or visited viewpoints...offering views over Keswick, borowdale and the fells beyond. I just pray the weather holds.

    Have a good day everyone.

    Steve...:)

    Good morning everyone,

Woo, I wish you lots better :). We can't have owls sneezing instead of t'wit t'wooing.

Natalie, that sounds like a great idea :gnthb:. Maybe you can get a GC 'Open Day' tour organised :). It might be the start of regular garden visits elsewhere.

Jazmine, you could always fortify yourself with a drink or two on the walk down to me as there are a few pubs on the way :hehe:.

    Have a great day :D

Good morning! Jazmine fortified with a drink or two.........and she'd be wary of meeting me and Shiney? roflmao - sorry Jaz :)

Well, it's not a bright blue sky out there this morning, very gray and overcast - but we're over the weekday hump and on the way to the weekend!

Hoping the petrol station up the hill has power today - they had none all day yesterday, and my car is on fumes.....don't know that I have enough petrol in it to get to the next closest gas station - BT hit some electrical cables or something up there yesterday and from 9 am to 6 pm when they had to close due to no light in the store part, they hadn't any power. So....fingers crossed or I'm leaving my car up there and walking home!

Well, off to finish getting kids ready for school.........and then to work to work to work I go! Have a good one everybody :)
