Morning Woo Rosa and everyone,

Well it is a lovely morning out there although it feels a bit chilly in the wind,brrrr.Will have to wrap up well when we go out for our morning walk.:D

Will just have to time to check on new posts on my other forums before i go and make my brekkie so hope you all have a good day in all that you do

Shiney hope you enjoy the garden, we went to Blickling Hall which is a National Trust house and garden and was free today so a saving of nearly twenty pounds. There were a lot of people there!

Looks a bit windy out there today but at least it is dry.I might go and do some retail shopping today to get something to wear for next week plus some new shoes and have my hair cut while i am in town:D

had a great day out yesterday we had a good laugh met some great people in the pubs.
off to the doctors and seeing the nurse this morning going to stop smoking so will get some patches.
when i get back hoping the weather stays ok and im going to paint my fencing and get my arches sorted then take pics.

Good Luck with the patches,Mr Kandy packed up the pipe with patches and it has been two years next month,and I never ever thought that he would pack up.I even joked that if he passed away before me i would make sure he had his pipe in one hand and his lighter in the other when they put him in his wooden overcoat:hehe:

Its supposed to be in the upper 50's here, but we did have a heavy frost overnight though.

Shiney lovely eye photo of the European Eagle Owl and i see you stood well back and zoomed in to get the photo:D I love visiting places that have plenty going on especially if there are either birds of prey or horses present:hehe:

Jazmine you might have not eaten enough last week so your body has clung onto the extra calories,hence no weight loss.Never mind put it behind you and make more effort ready for next weeks weigh in.Last week it looked like I had put a couple of lbs back on but the next day I weighed myself again and it had gone again,don't know where but it had gone walkabout and I would have had to work out to extremes to lose those couple of lbs in a day.:DMr Kandy is upset as he has put a lb back on again:hehe:When i go for my blood test next month I will see whether my efforts have been worth it,or I shall be very sad:p

Change of plan from this morning.Mr Kandy informed me that we were going to have rain so never went shopping but took my onion sets over to the allotment and got them in so that is one job out of the way,shallots to do next and by the way it has just started raining here now so looks like it will be shopping tomorrow instead as I must get a top ready for next Tuesday plus have my hair chopped,plus get some new shoes,plus I might have a look round M&S,Next and Laura Ashley while I am about it:D

PS,The Bxxxxy builders are back next door and as usual they have to leave the machinery running while they have a chat.I won't even be able to sit in my sun room through the summer with all that awful noise going on.I will have to make sure I am out of the house between eight and four each day to escape it.Perhaps Mr and Mrs Shiney will let me stay in their summerhouse through the summer for a small fee:p

 

Hello everybody Not been on over the weekend - so much going on at the moment. I'm feeling totally exhausted after this little cold that continues to hang on - just now enjoying some citrus and ginger tea and then going to hit the sack early methinks

Kandy - good to see you back - sorry you've been having a hard time with the sciatica - not nice at all :(

Looking forward to seeing your finished garden pics Rosa - you've worked so hard on it already and spring has just barely sprung! Well done!

Kandy, luckily I had stayed the same phew but must get going again this week as I want to fit into my summer clothes! Marks had a sale so I bought some bits today. Some stuff was down to only five pounds! I have stocked up now. I got a new swimmimg costume and pretty slip on top for putting over my costume and OH said "ANOTHER costume, you have 6 already" Ooops.

Natalie, you are always running about after your family, maybe your body is saying it needs a rest and some me time.

thanks for the lovely comments my patio is getting there apart from my arch took it out of box and the screws are missing so rather than spend a lot on a load of screws im off to the shop this morning to buy another arch only a fiver so will put it up today sometime and take more pics.
