Oh Woo, 3 shreddies - you boaster you, haha. Are you sure the doggies don't get some? We give Joyce weetabix some times.

It's gorgeous early mornings now isn't it? Even for us stuck in the surburban north! Going to change next week again apparently :( Never mind, the shoots are growing no matter how late, hooray.

    cheers

    Good morning Woo and everyone,

Very busy at the moment, with garden, home, allotment, physio etc so don't have much time to sit at the computer at the moment and I must say it is helping my neck and shoulder problems now that I don't sit hunched up over the computer for too long.:D

Went to one of my sister in laws 60th Birthday party last Friday with Mr Kandy and it was nice catching up with relatives we haven't seen for a while and it was nice to have a hold of my latest Great Nephew Archie so all in all it was a lovely evening although we didn't get into bed until sometime after 1am:snz::D

Hope you are all keeping well and enjoying this beautiful weather{my kind of weather:D}that we are having at the moment.Summer is fanally here at long last:yho:

    Take Care everyone:)

Hello Woo, Kandy, Jazmine and everyone

A couple of summery days and the bindweed is coming on nicely. Horrible stuff - the roots are everywhere.

    Have a good day!

    Good morning everyone,

We got back last night at 8 p.m. from five days down in Devon - not really the best thing to do just before opening the garden! Oscar was waiting on the doorstep for Mrs shiney k-l k-l k-l.

Now we've got to catch up on all the jobs that have got out of hand. I was mowing until 10.15 last night but it got too dark to see what I was doing.

We stayed in Sidmouth at a nice hotel on the waterfront and spent every day visiting gardens. As the weather was so good I was up early each morning and had walked five miles up and over the hills along the Coastal Path and back at the hotel by 7 a.m. Although the days were very hot the early mornings were quite chilly and a warm coat was definitely needed.

Most of the gardens we visited were very good with one exception. Carol Klein's garden was a great disappointment and was unkempt, overgrown and poorly planted :(. Her plant sale area was small and tatty, with untidy plants with some that had dead leaves and broken stems (the sort of thing that you would just go round and trim off without even thinking about it) and the prices were much too high.

On the way home we visited Iford Manor which was well worth the detour. Their wisterias were in full bloom and were growing all around the garden. This created a magnificent view and a heavenly scent. I'll post some photos when I get a chance. The garden wasn't open and we had a private tour which made it even better. :thmb:

    Have a great day :D

Hi everybody - need to catch up here - hubby was out pulling weeds the other day, and happened to pull up the BT line along with weeds - but finally fixed today and all is sorted again :)

Hope everybody is well - will come back later to catch up!
