Good morning Woo and everyone,

I am awake early this morning although I still feel tired:ywn::DMr Kandy is upstairs like this at the moment:snz:and Poppy is on the top of her arm chair chasing her tail but she hasn't cottened on yet that it is attached to her bum so doesn't need holding down with her paw and biting.She gets to the stage where she falls off the back of the chair with her antics:hehe:

We had some torrential downpours yesterday afternoon and the wind was really strong.but we managed to get out for our evening walk,although it was a bit chilly so had to wrap up warm:p

Woo,my back is feeling better thanks although I think it is due to a combination of keeping mobile,painkilers,anti inflamortories and sleeping downstairs away from my lumpy bed:D:ywn:

Good Luck with the bridge tournament Shiney and watch out for the nutty drivers on the road:D

Shiney the thought of you in the body stocking made me smile - have you any photos? :D I didn't like those injections in my tummy I try to wear compression socks (black ones) as my feet swell so much.

I have had a lovely day as my sister came down from London and I took (well dragged) her to my hairdressers for a long overdue haircut! We then went shopping and I must have aged 10 years :hehe:

I had a lovely email from Periwinkle last week and it was really nice to read what she has been up since she left this forum and pleased to hear she is still enjoying going out on bird trips and is away having a lovely weekend birdwatching this weekend,just hope the weather stays nice for her and her partner:yez:

Its warmer here today then it has been in a few days, and so Brad and i are going out for breakfast, and then driving over to Barrie to do some Christmas shopping, and then off to the inlaws for supper.

Had a good frost last night so the cars will need scraping this morning.:D

We had an hour over the allotment yesterday with Mr Kandy digging up some more lovely veggies and then had a nice stew done in the slower cooker for dinner.Mr Kandy watched the Garnd Prix and then when that had finished we went off for a nice walk and enjoyed the Autumn colours on the trees again:D

Me and Mr Kandy went out for a walk earlier like we usually do and we hadn't gone more than tewnty yards along the path when we both slipped on iceMr Kandy slipped first and managed to right himself but a second later I went flat on my back banging my elbow on the ground and if I hadn't had the sense to lift my head up as I fell backwards I would have banged my head quiet badly, as I went down with such a thump,but banged the top of my spine instead.I lost my hat in the process,it flew off of my head and landed at the side of me and luckily because I had got a thick coat on not too much damage has been done,although my elbow feels a bit sore:yez:We clung on to each other as we carried on walking but went a different way instead and saw lots of patches of white ice so it is either fresh stuff or what was left over from this morning.We even saw our first outside Christmas tree lights on our walk as well.{far too early:hehe:}
