    Good morning everyone,

Its cold here, and it snowed overnight, and the ground is white, but it does look pretty.

    Good morninmg everyone,

I was only on here briefly earlier as a workman turned up to run some new electric cables for me. I never log out so I the only time I am logged off of here is when one of my cleaning programmes does its stuff :).

It is misty and damp but not cold. I'm working indoors trying to get about 12 hours of paperwork done in 3 or 4 hours. I have to have a break regularly otherwise my brain hurts :hehe:.

Oh well, back to work :(

    Have a great day :D

    Good morning Woo and everyone,

Woo hope you don't get too cold and wet doing the pressure washing today. Our paths are a bit slippery at the moment but they will have to stay that way as it is too cold and foggy to go out and do anything about them and once we get the snow it won't matter any way:D

Shiney, hope all went well with the electrical cables and that you managed to get the paperwork caught up with:thumb:

Penny lovely bit of snow you have there:cool:

Jazmine,my eldst sister makes all her own cards for all occassions and her crafting room is very large and full of plastic boxes of all the stuff she needs to make the cards.I am not that talented and don't have the time and space anyway:D

It is a horrible and damp/foggy day today, the sort of weather I don't like one bit:(We have some grocery shopping to do today as we have a voucher to use to get £15 off of our shopping bill if we spend £60 so will get some stuff for the freezer me thinks:D

Hope you lall have a great day:)

    Good morning everyone,

Woo, when you've finished doing the pressure washing you can fly over here and help me with ours :gnthb:. Oscar will get on alright with you as he is friendly to big fluffy flying things. :hehe:

Kandy, the new electric cable will be done next week. He had to trace all the existing cables and work out how to take a spur off one of them to run a power socket into the loft. The paperwork never gets done :( as it comes in quicker than I get around to clearing it :hehe:

At least we are nice and warm now :thumb:

We're taking a friend out this evening to a charity concert. It is light classical music and songs from the shows. There will be tables to sit round and nibbles and drinks. Should be a good evening. :gnthb:

    Have a great day :D

    Good morning Shiney,

Mr Kandy put in a double socket into our loft plus a strip light when we first moved in to this house as he is good at that sort of thing.:DGlad to hear you are nice and warm now though as we all have snow forecast possibly for later on at the end of next week:yez:

We have just got back from Tesco's and while we were unpacking the groceries Mr Kandy suddenly realised that he has left, the eggs, cucumber, and his dads gift card at the end of the conveyor belt on the metal ledge so hopefully someone will have spotted the fresh stuff and got them back in the right sections.I am surprised the people at the end, didn't say anything about them.I got the blame though as Mr Kandy said I wandered off{I went to get some boxes}but I blame him as he likes to be in control and likes to put everything on the belt and pack it away so it is his fault:lollol:No doubt I shall have to go back down there at some point to get the gift card, although we have been trying to stock up with stuff with the vouchers they sent us so that we didn't have to go down there for a few weeks:D We used our double up vouchers and got a small 15" tv with built in DVD/Freeview for £70 instead of £120 so that is better than spending it on the groceries and the offer runs out December 6th anyway:)

    Hope your evening goes well.:thumb:

I went babysitting last night and didn't get home until nearly midnight so will no doubt fall asleep later on this evening:D

    Good morning Woo and everyone,

It looks damp out there this morning which isn't surprising after the fog of yesterday.

Hope you all have a great day:)

    Good evening everyone,

It has been another busy day. I have run the mower of a lot of the garden to get the leaves up and am running out of space for compost.

With the help of my neighbour I have taken apart the stone pedestal that was in the flower bed under the willow. We've taken it to the front garden and rebuilt it in one of the jungle type beds. Oscar insisted on on inspecting the site where we were putting it and wouldn't get out of the way until he decided it was alright.

We went down to our local garden centre that hardly sells any plants but sells statues and unsual garden furniture. If you want a pagoda you know where to come :hehe:. We bouhgt a statue and have now put it where the stone pedestal was. It will look really good when the plants around it are in growth in spring and summer. :gnthb:

I'm in the middle of cooking roast chicken so will have to go and check it now.

    Hi, Nana Kath :hehe:

Nana Kath says - Evening "The Shiney One" :lollol:
I love the sound of what you are doing in the garden. Does Mrs.Shiney have a say in where things get placed or does Oscar rule the roost or should I say garden?

Make sure you keep an eye on that chicken. I hope you stuffed it...
