We have had -7c last night,although in the street lights everywhere looks quiet pretty:D

I was talking to a lady up at Losehill yesterday and they had -15c first thing in the morning.I remember when we first got married in the eighties having something like -15c one winter,brrrrrr:lol:

Woo,don't get those feathers too frozen as they will take too long to thaw out:D

Shiney hope the pub meeting went off ok.We have quiet a few closed up this part of the country as the resession and state of the economy has hit people pockets so they are all eating and drinking at home in the warm:lol:

It's a bit warmer out there today -1c but still feels quiet chilly.Not sure what sort of weather we will have today but at least the trees and plants look pretty with the haw frost on them.

Saw a good programme on the telly last night about Pandas but missed agood one called The Ice Storm and they were talking to a chap up at Coniston who's cottage we stayed in some years ago and they actually showed the cottage.I shall have to catch up with it on iplayer:D

I was still awake at 1.30 this morning and now feel tired as I am up and about but still feel tired:ywn:It was -3c at that time of the money but now is -1 so it has warmed up a bit since then:D

Shiney sounds like you were doing a good piece of work the other day:thumb:We used to wear thermals when we used to Marshal at car rallies especially the winter ones but when the petrol prices got too high and having to get up at 3am just to drive to Wales and then stand around in a forest for many hours we decided to call it a day:D

Its cold here, there's a wind chill advisory, so right now its -29, it snowed more overnight, but its not right now.

That is a lot of snow Penny! It's more than we have had here but we have icy paths still so be careful everyone.

Just popped in to say my computer has completely packed up - it was on its last legs so I am borrowing OHs laptop which I don't like at all
We went to see the little mans school play today, it was lovely. He was a snowflake and they had to do a little dance and the girls were angels-it brought back to me that is what Christmas is all about.His little face when he saw us there was a picture of smiles.
I am back to hospital tomorrow to get my results and this time I am nervous
