Its going to be a nice day here, just a dusting of snow, and its not too cold.

 

Hi all,

Just poking my head in.....waiting for Brad to get out of the shower, so we can go and run a couple errands, Natalie is out with Dan, doing some last minute shopping, and Kaitlin is out snowboarding.

I think i have everything wrapped......i hope....i am out of tape, so i had better pick some up again while I'm out, just in case!!

Kandy I hope you soon feel better, there is nothing worse than being ill at Christmas :( I'm sure OH will cope, mine had to one year but he can cook ok, he is more organised than me.

Penny enjoy yourself too. At least it's not too cold for you. Our snow is disappearing fast here but still ice around.

Its been a busy morning here, everyone got absolutely spoiled, but it was fun.....i have pies in the oven to take to dinner tonight, we are off to the inlaws at 1:30, and then to Brad's aunts for supper at 5....Natalie is off with Dan for church, and will be joining us later, at the inlaws and for supper.

Its sunny and beautiful here, and no snow.

Hope you have all had a great Christmas and haven't eaten too much but have had some nice gifts:D

Still feeling rough with this gastric bug,thought i had got rid of it yesterday and enjoyed some Christmas food,but had to get up in the early hours of this morning so still not out of the woods yet so to speak:(

Have had a few invites out for drinkies and meals but to tell you the truth,just don't feel up to it at the moment.Managed to get out yesterday afternoon for an hour with Mr Kandy and went to our local water and got some fantastic swan photos:D

Anyway,hope you all have a great Boxing Day and will see you soon.:thumb:

Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!!! Ours was very quiet due to us not being able to go and see my grandchildren.

With our Mikey being born prem anyone with any infections or colds etc has to stay away (even nanas):cry:

After last years scary episode with our Heidi ending up on life support due to an infection coz she was prem and her little lungs couldnt cope,

we just dont want to take any chances with our mikey.

Woo thanks for your good wishes:thumb:I am a lot better now thanks but still didn't risk overdoing things so missed out on my father in laws 91st birthday meal yesterday.Mr Kandy went while i stayed indoors in the warm:DDid you see Miss Potter last night on telly?We visited the cottage that played the part of Hill Top {Yew Tree Farm}when it was a tea room but I think they don't do them now which is a shame....

Penny our snow has all but gone now but we think we are going to get the backlash from all the snow that is falling in America at the moment:roll:
