    Good morning woo and everyone,

    woo, lovely picture :dbgrtmb:.

It is very frosty here this morning but the sun is shining brilliantly and it will be a lovely day.

I did more mowing yesterday so have now done about five hours over the weekend. Plus I had a good bonfire.
After the mowing my back seemed quite good :thumb: but when I was doing the cooking in the evening I bent down to get a tin of chick peas from the cupboard and it went again :cry3:. Beware, chick peas can be dangerous!!! :heehee:
Mrs shiney worked on my back last night and it is a lot better this morning.

I'm off to my regular appointment at the chiropodist this morning so he can also check out my bursitis that seems to have improved considerably.

    Have a great day :D

Good morning Woo Shiney and everyone.

    Lovely sun photo Woo :thumbsup: We could do with more of the golden stuff but the forecast for later on in the week is for more of the wet stuff and the stuff that blows your hair all over the place {thats if you have some :heehee:}

Shiney, sorry to hear your back has gone again and hope that you get some relief for it soon.I don't eat chick peas myself so won't have the problem of them ruining my back.:D

Been doing some work to get the creases out of our clothes this morning and when it warms up a bit will be going out into the garden to get some old dry leaves picked up from the flower beds as they are dry and crisp and are not looking very nice.

    Have a good day :)

    Hi Louise,

Unfortunately a lot of me is falling apart :heehee:

The chiropractor sorted out my back :thumb: but I undid his good work.

I'm off to have my feet pampered now. :)

    Hi Louise,

As Shiney has so kindly said, the Chiropractor sorted out his back problems but then he caused problems again when he bent down to get the chickpeas out of the lower cupboard and i personally go to see a Podiatrist who sorted out the fact that i have one leg shorter than the other through a biomechanical assesment so that was one reason why i was having Back problems{Sciatica}as i was putting all the weight onto that hip but he soon helped out with fitting me with some Orthotics :P

Now that I have Dietbetes i have to be more carefull with my feet and have to have them checked for Nueropathy etc :D

Hope you have a good day :)

Shiney, hope the Chiropodist gives you the ok with your feet and Bursitis and that you are able to enjoy some sun down your way :dbgrtmb:

    Good morning everyone,

Very frosty this morning again but the sun is shining and the birds are singing. :dbgrtmb:

Kandy, I'm pleased to hear that you have less trouble with your back now :thumb: :)

    woo, another lovely sunrise

    Louise, :heehee: :loll:

I'm still working on getting the lawn edges to their usual perfection :heehee:. Front garden done and back garden started. Getting them done at this time of year enables me to quite easily keep them looking good throughout the rest of the year. Only another 450ft to go

I ate some of this year's rhubarb yesterday and it was delicious. :yahoo:

    Have a great day :D

Good morning Woo, Louise,Shiney and everyone,

Lovely sunrise again this morning Woo.

No problems Louise we all put our foot{scuse pun} in it at some point or other in our lives :D

Shiney, since we got the new bed before xmas and Mr Kandy started turning it once a week as per instructions {monthly now} my Sciatica problems have cleared up and only get twinges if i stand in one spot for too long so have to keep moving all the while. :D Thats why i am late this morning been doing some house work and only just eating me porridge :P Went to see the Dr yesterday and wants me to have blood tests done to see which type of Arthritis i have.If it is Osteoarthritis then nothing can be done but depending on the results of the blood tests might have to go and have xrays done on my hands and feet :P In the mean time I am still taking the Devils Claw but trying not to rely on painkillers or Ibuprofen.

Glad that you are managing toi get the edges done.I keep looking at my lawns and keep thinking i will have to make the first cut soon and then Mr Kandy can sort out the edges as i am bound to do it wrong with my wonky eyes :rolleyespink:

Hope you have a lovely day everyone :)

PS all the sparrows are tweeting away on the roof tops and it reminds me of listening to them as a child :D

    Good morning everyone.

Lovely and sunny out there this morning but still bitterly cold in the breeze :D

Managed to get to the lottie yesterday afternoon and got some leaf mould and compost onto bits of spare ground ready for Mr Kandy to rotavate when he is off next week. :P, but didn't stay over there too long. Took my camera with me but forgot to take some photos of my rhubarb now it is starting to grow, but have managed to get some piccys the other week of the buds on our fruit trees :P

Hope you all have a good day whatever you may be doing:)

    Good morning everyone,

Another bright sunny day today and no frost :dbgrtmb:

The garden is looking better every day and Mrs shiney managed to do a lot of cutting back and clearing and filled a big wheelie bin with stuff that is not suitable ofr the compost heap. The peonies are bursting through the ground with their lovely red stems :thumb:

I'll do a bit of pottering (and tottering) around out there today.

    Have a great day :D
