Glad we didn't have it that hot on Exmoor.I think I would have wilted in the heat.
Egypt is one place I've always fancied visiting to see the Pyramids and Sphinx.

Shiney,love your picture of the Pyramid.I used to have a card with the Sphinx on it that I kept for years hoping I would one day get there.
My Dad was in Palestine in the war,so always wanted to visit Egypt...
Never mind perhaps in another life...

Morning all.
Had a busy weekend collecting Youngest from Sheffield after her hols in Florida, no hurricanes thankfully but they did have a tornado warning which she kept a secret til she got back! Her bedroom was almost finished on her return. She's back at school now doing a maths exam. Mean aren't I?

Hi everyone and good afternoon. It rained in the night and it is still drizzling so we have decided to go out and do a bit of window shopping - and perhaps some real shopping too.

LofL just texted me, they have arrived in Santander and she will text me again from Guarda.
