Big HI Kandy,might be on again bout 9ish,there's a charity bingo on at the village hall.

 

Hi Gogs.I have busy today with house work,ready for the weekend.Hasn't this week flown?We are hoping to get over to the allotment tomorrow,as we have lots of fruit and veg to harvest.We lost interest in it when we lost the dog,so must get back on with clearing the plots.

We are so busy right now and i am being trained on some new accounting software, so its been a busy week, but its Friday...may have to treat myself to a bottle of Bailey's :D

 

No wonder you are glad that it is the end of the week.Is the training sinking in?Though if it helps you with your work it will be a bonus.
Rosa has gone away to the races until Sunday evening and Gogs has gone to a charity bingo evening.
What's the weather like for you?It is damp here at the moment and it is freezing cold out there

 

Thats right...i hope Rosa has a great time away!
Right now its 3degrees and we are supposed to get a snow storm hit late tomorrow afternoon, calling for a fair amount of snow....hey that Baileys "will" come in handy afterall :D
The training is going well, she's a little hard nosed, but i just grin and bear it for now, i do think that she forgets that my husband is the owner.

 

We could do with some of that snow round about the 24th of December ready for Christmas morning.I think it would be nice for all the kiddywinkles to wake up to the white stuff on Christmas morning.Also people seem happier and smile more when everywhere is white apart from when it turns to slush,then it is not so nice.

It is getting closer!! I can taste it now (lol).
We are a big tourist town and have the largest ski resort in Ontario, so not having snow isnt good for us.

 

Do you like the snow yourself Penny?I just love it.My old boss always used to think of me whenever it snowed because she knew how much I love it.
We used to have some fantastic winters when i was a child,though the grown up's never liked it.Cannot understand why not.When we walked home from school at dinner time the boys used to pelt us girls with snowballs,then after dinner we did the same to them all the way back to school.
It can't be very nice when you live in a town that depends on having snow to bring in the tourist's and much needed income

 

I actually do like the snow...ist just that it lasts so long here, and we get so much of it too.
Once we get a good dump i will get some pictures and post then for you.
Where i live, we are right on a bay so anytime a good storm goes through, we get dumped with alot, so there is never a shortage of it.
