Morning all, a bit nippy this morning though the sun is trying to peep through the fog. I've got to let the Rayburn go out today so that we can clean it out properly, it was full of soot yeaterday and the smell was terrible, it really burnt the back of your throat!
I liked the pictures of the moon, it was brilliant last night and made the ground look as if it were covered in snow.
Have a good day, hopefully I'm spending mine weeding, where do they all come from?

Good morning, folk! Lovely photo MF! The moon just lit up the garden last night ... a good job too as Magic Sam decided to stay out all night. [IMG] Didn't get him in until 6.20am and I was up and down like a yo-yo all night fretting! Lucky he came in then as the heavens opened up about 6.45 and it went on for hours.

I had a good lie-in though with Magic Sam curled up next to me but it wasn't that restful as the two manic little uns were airborne most of the time!

Now it is sunny/cloudy/breezy and about 20oC.

Got all the heavy gardening (pruning, moving shrubs, planting new shrubs) done Friday afternoon and yesterday afternoon so will find other things to do today.

You're organised Rosa. I have a Christmas pudding and 1 pressie, I think I need to get organised and get things sorted. I usually have 2 Chrismas cakes getting drunk by now but I'm on strike this year until I get a new cooker. Actually the cooker I have burns everything and so the cakes would be inedible, can't wait for my new one, the things I've promised to bake everyone, parkin, flapjack, caramel shortbread, bread......So much for the diet!
