Thanks macleaf,I was begining to think I had upset you.I seem to be doing that a lot just lately to people :love:You seem to have a lot of apples in your eyes :D :D I'm amazed you can even see out of them :D :D

 

i will be signing off in a short while as we have dinner at about 8 pm,i usually have a shower,and put my smoking jacket on with my cravat,we have rather a large highly waxed dining table,which in fact is so long that Ann and i use mobile phones to talk to each other during the meal,Ann usually dishes up dinner from her end of the table,when shes ready she phones me to say get ready its on its way,thatswere the wax on the table comes in handy,the plate comes down at a fare rate of knots,im quite good at stopping the plate,but of course acertain amount shoots off the plate,thats were our Leaf comes in handy,she cleans up,there is however a problem when Ann forgets the gravey,i have to phone to say please send down the gavey,now this is something else can you imagine a gravey boat comeing at you could be 12 mph,but ive got cute on this as i watch for the steam from the boat approching,i lift the table leaf and it comes to halt,after all im looking like Noel Coward in my aparrel so dont want to spoil that,when dinner is finished we of course have a few drinks,we have worked a system.we have a tray with a string attache to each end so we can pull it back and forth,however Ann at times has a weird sense of humour and wont release the tray,im at my end pulling and getting out of breath,i sucked so much my underpants went up my bum.then wifey lets go,now you have a tray with gin,tonic lemon comeing down like an express train,no way am i going to catch that lot so being focused i grab the gin bottle as it hurtles by.the tonic comes to no harm the lemon sticks on the wall behind me were i can just turn around and add itto my drink,now getting ready for bed is another story

Macleaf,I have never laughed so much in my life you have reduced me to tears it was that funny and I just choked on me chocolate orange...It's not Terry's it's mine
