About the windows, they accept full responsibility as they were order as such to comply with latest regulations, but slipped up in manufacture, and builder said building inspector won't pass them!

So they are remaking them, don't know when they will be fitted yet.

 

dag nearly upset our kandy with no mind windows dont take long to change as i had my bedroom one replaced and couldnt believe how quick they were, the only thing is you will have to leave the decorating on that wall, when mine was done although i wallpapered after, they didnt make much mess

 

Thanks rosa, but in my case it is only the glass units that will have to be replaced so decoration is not relevant.
