Yawn ... wakey, wakey ...

Hi Wildflower trust your back pain isn't too bad at the minute.
My daughter tends to go overboard at xmas with presents & i find it a bit over powering really.

 

morning kandy, gogs marley and wildflower.
looks quite dry out there, had a great time at my grandsons 7th birthday party yesterday.
done some xmas shopping then went ti iceland for some prawns and prawn rings, going to asda tommorow to get my smoked gammon joints they are lovely for sandwiches over the holidays.
wildflower got your xmas card it is lovely thank you, put it up i have 3 xmas cards now.

Is rosa expecting a coach load of visitors for xmas ?? with all the food she is stocking up on i think she may be .. :D :D

wait till all the hoards of shoppers turn out because the supermarkets will be closed for 1 day !! They start to shop like their is a food shortage.. :D round here some shops still open on xmas day !! I dont think its right but their you go..people must use them or else they would close.. :eek:

 

like to get quite a bit in and it lasts right over the holidays then i just have to worry about milk and fresh bread.
my daughter is coming over the xmas, may have friends from essex if they dont go to thailand.

 

Morning all just to let you know i will not be back on here for sometime, off on me hols tomorrow thought i would say merry christmas and a happy new year to all my new friends, i will miss the chat but then again i will be lying on a beach with me cocktails and thinking wonder if yous have a white christmas, well Merry Christmas everyone and i hope you all have a Great New Year

hi LoL, macleaf and kandy, just made all my quiches and made mince and dumplings for tea, had flour all over the place i,m quite a messy cook but at least they taste nice and its great to get tips from the many splendid cooks on gc, my pastry is getting better.
