    Well I ate like a pig from a trough yesterday!!! Trying to make up for it today by only having 2 boiled eggs and soldiers :rolleyes: Presently kidding myself that Baileys isn't fattening!!! :D :D :D Especially if you sip it!!!! :D :D :D

    I have not eaten much so i am not worried.. :D Their are 300 calories in a mince pie so it doesnt bear thinking about..
    Anyway i hope you all had a good boxing day i can hear fireworks going off now..The dog has only just recovered from the crackers so i guess i had better keep him in.. :eek:

    Gee thanks for reminding me of the calorific value of a mince pie WF :rolleyes: :D But if you chew it twice as hard you burn twice the calories, don't you???? [​IMG] And everyone knows clotted creams fat-free, right?????!!! :D :D

    Wildflower: Just had 600 calories of mince pies :D

    But then I checked the box only 180 calories per pie for the Aldi pies! :D Shame I don't have any of that clotted cream of yours Windy! :D :D
