Morning Gogs and rosa. After twelve hours in bed I'm still in agony and now the massive doses of Ibuprofen are affecting me. I'm just having some peppermint tea and think I may retire again for a half hour.

Hope you girls are fine today.

 

morning LoL doesnt sound like your back is any better, I take ibuprofen and they are normally good, mind i took them for tootache and they worked, your back is another story.
going out shortly must get my bills paid and do a bit of shopping at our local morrisons.
hope your feeling better after your rest.

 

morning everyone,looks quite dry out there this morning, watching chl 4 racing at 8 then going for the papers to have a bet there is a horse running today called Royal Rosa will be checking that out think its wetherby but not sure.

 

Morning rosa. I am in sheer agony this morning and have been awake most of the night so shan't stay up for long. Not sure I told you it's a kidney infection so have antibacterial medication and pain killers.

Hope you have a nice day with the horse races. It's Dancing on Ice night.

well royal rosa got beat but never mind i had a double up and o/h has 3 out of 4 up.
got my office chair at argos, put it together and i,m well pleased with it very comfortable.

 

I know I'm not the first up to say good morning to you all!

It's lovely and sunny today so hopefully I will feel better enough later to go on our Sunday outing so I can take some pictures.
