Morning all! A lovely sunny morning here and 22oC already but it was very windy in the night, gusting. We keep the windows open so it kept me awake a lot wondering what was going to take off!Still windy now and think we've got it for a few days at least.

 

Morning all.Had a lousy nights sleep.Our cat Willow the great hunter of the streets,brought into our bedroom the same mouse 3 times.The last time he plonked it onto the bed.
Managed to get the very dead wet mouse off of him,and gave it a water burial...down the loo.

Then at 4.20am this morning we were woken up by our smoke detector going off.Hubby jumps out of the bed to go and see if he needed rescuing.
Guess what no fire...Climbs back into bed only for it to go off again 2 minutes later.It then stops without any help from us very strange...

Got woken up again by the street hunter laying on top of me purring,so I took the hint like I do every morning,and got up to feed him.It would be so nice to have a lay in just for once...please.

It is wet outside,where it has been raining for most of the night.
We were hoping to get over the allotment today to dig some more spuds up,but will have to rethink our plans.

Morning Kandy enjoyed your Cat's Tale (tail).I too was woken at five with Bobby carrying on,got Droncit spot on wormer to put on the cats today.I don't try to get tablets into Bobby he is like a tiger .It's hellish when you can't get slept.Don't know what i will be doing today yet,not much chance of gardening unless it clears up out there.Hope you have a good day anyway Kandy. How are you today? 3 days off work -yay!!!! Hope this flaming rain'll stop as I'm hoping to get loads of my digging done this weekend.(After I've tidied the devestation left in the house by the kids - rainy days aaaaargggh!!)
Loved the cats story Kandy (worse than kids aren't they?) Rescued a baby mouse from one of my planters yesterday. Poor thing had managed to wedge itself in there with both cats frantically trying to get it out. Took it out and released it into the hedge at the back. But when I came home from work it had been presented to me on the doorstep minus it's head :( It's the only thing about cats I dislike

 

Morning to both Gogs and Windy.My computer is playing up this morning,so I have had to close down and start again.I wonder if It's because I left it,while I went to have some breakfast.


I don't envy you Gogs trying to administer medication to your cat.Touch wood we haven't had a flea problem on our two yet.I don't think that the fleas can jump fast enough
