Wet and windy here on the west coast of wales.
Happy st georges day to all you in england.

By the way, by dawn thismorning, the garden was looking brill, after a night of rain and damp cloud laying on my hill. The soil has been so dry on the top, it's been cracking.
so whooppee for the rain. No need to water the beds or a while.

Morning again everyone.I think we all keep missing each other.

Rosa, you will go cross eyed with all your painting. When do you have to start getting the flat packed up?I bet you are getting excited at the thought of moving and different scenery to paint.

We are toying with the idea of moving down towards Somerset depending on how Mr Kandy's job goes.I quite like the idea of living on Exmoor :D

I am off for an ECG this afternoon so that should be fun

Have a great St Georges day everyone [IMG]

morning kandy, bust painting now, bad news about wales, cant find a place in our budget, they are wanting between £200 and £400 per week, you have to pay bonds gas and electric council tax also,we pay enough council tax here were we are.
just waiting to see iff his friends can come up with anything, o/h even went to the caravan site they are wanting £170 per week just for one of them, its holiday season in wales and they can charge what they like.
good luck at the hospital wont say enjoy yourself

Thankyou Rosa and Pal.It is at our Doctors Surgery so I haven't got far to travel. It is just a precaution after the chest pains I had last week.

Rosa it is a pity your husbands firm can't pay for the accomadation. My brother in laws firm put him up in a holiday cottage for six months on a farm while he was relocating and he didn't have to pay a penny.Wales must be getting an expensive place to live

hi kandy he gets good dig money but not for them prices and especially wouldnt cover bills and council tax, there is no way we want to get into paying all that as we are paying it here, think rent is enough to pay out and they should include them, do you not think.
