Yawn ... wakey, wakey ...

Morning Kandy, rosa, woo and shiney.

It's just coming up to 21 degrees and quite gusty but lovely and sunny.

Like you shiney, we'll have a plumber and a builder arriving later this morning but not to demolish anything YET but to discuss again the works of turning one large bathroom into two going through a 60cm thick wall to make a doorway to the guest room.

So, tea and coffee making will be on the agenda here also.
