Morning Rosa and all,beat me this morning Rosa internet connection was down read half a book while waiting for it to come back on,you are quite right about about the panflute that Shiney asked about it is the Thailand Panflute it comes in a linear or circular form lots of local names for various forms, panflutes (or panpipes)are common all over the world.
You certainly looked good Whiley no need for all that worry,bell of the ball,stay safe everyone.

 

morning walnut, guess iff your internet connection was ok we might of logged in around the same time, I was the only person logged in here and there was 23 guests a bit spooky in here.When i bought my flute in thailand the guy showed me how to play it, a bit difficult at first till you get the hang of it, mind i couldnt play it like them :D

 

Good morning everyone,had a bit of a blip yesterday,didn't feel quiet right and having just got up I feel like a zombie and I haven't taken anything. :eek:

I think I either need to go and live in the sun or else get one of those light boxes.My head feels like it is full of cotton wool :( I am in bed by 10.30pm so I can't ub=nderstand what is going on.Roll on the spring and bring back the sun

Great pictures Whiley looks like you had plenty of fun & booze on your night out, the boys look great in all their shooting gear I have always wanted to get together with the lads and have a paintball day out I know I would be pretty good at it.

Rosa you did indeed beat us all up this morning I was up at 4.10am but only had a quick cuppa and off to bed I went, love the graphics by the way doesn't half make you feel good.

Kandy sorry you don't feel your normal self I think all of us would agree with your about wanting spring to come soon.

It's a lovely morning out and although I'ave still got plenty of pain I do feel really great in myself far better than I have done in a very long time maybe a positive thinking is the way to go.
