morning all,bit late this morning.Couldn't get up at my usual time and crashed back out so I am running late with all my jobs

We still have blustery wind and showers and the back garden is sodden but no doubt once those long hot days of summer arrive it will quickly dry out

David, glad to see I wasn't the only one and I don't know whether it is our new LCD TV but there seemed to be a lot of pinky/mauve background around and we wasn't sure whether it was on the film or the telly playing up

I watched Phantom of the Opera ontelly last night and it was much better and I was able to exercise my voice singing along with the cast which made it even more enjoyable :D

Helen we have a loft full of rubbish that we have kept and every so often I go up and have a good clear out,but in the winter it is freezing cold up there and in the summer I am sweating buckets.I tried bringing the stuff downstairs to sort through it but then the lounge started getting in a mess.I would rather do it up there wher it is out of site...

Enjoy your day everyone in all you do..

Morning guys and girls although that's a little bit cheeky as I'm not staying up!

Once again I'm off to the doctors later on this morning and truth be told I'm a little scared he might take me off one of my 'new' drugs Dicloflex as I'm having a little stomach pain with them but I'll have to put up a fight as I think the little bit of tummy ache is better than the terrible pain I was in for so many months before...so keep your fingers crossed for me that I don't have too much of a fight on my hands!

Good morning to everyone that can't sleep.I am the other way at the moment and can't get up ,though I don't think i would want to be up quiet that early :D

Helen do as Walnut says and push for a scan. The MRI scan showed up my condition. My sister in Devon had to go to Exeter last week for one of those Dexa scans because every bone in her body ached and it showed that she has Arthritis and low calcium levels so it should show up things.Good Luck at the Doctors though :clap

Very strong winds and heavy rain out there again so fingers crossed for all those prone to flooding.Enjoy your day as best as you can [IMG]

    Morning Woo,Walnut and all.

Walnut, Kandy I did ask the doctor about a scan but it seems he can't authorize one and I now have to wait for my physiotherapy treatment to start and ask them for one!

As I wrote before I'm fine with the pain I'm in at the moment about 7/10 that may seem high to some people but before it was well off the scale I can tell you....some days I couldn't even get my knickers on!

So what did my doctor do for me? you may ask or some of you may already have guessed...yet another lot of tablets to add to my lot, that's a total of six so far! It's pretty funny if it wasn't so sad the doctor was saying (on one of my many trips before) how my other doctor shouldn't have gave me Tramadol for a whole year and should have instead looked for what was making the pain Yet now he's doing the same!

Shiney it's nice to have you back although I'm sure you're none too pleased to see the rain again!

Andy once again we have had loads of rain here too in South Yorkshire although nowhere near as bad as some poor souls down south are having at the moment, fingers crossed the rain with stop and go away. None of us would wish for people to suffer as they did last year...there are still quite a lot of people who still haven't been able to go back to their homes as yet such as at Catcliffe just a few miles away and on my cinema route which is such a shame.

Walnut never mind Woo having his wellies on what about poor little Tiny? Woo you would have to make sure that there's no deep puddles on your walk as you never know now you see her now you don't!

Morning all, its a sort of whitey grey with light drizzle this morning, which I suppose is an improvement on yesterday. Does anyone else have problems with the 'snooze' function on their phones? I seem to snooze 3 times, turn it off and think, i'll just have 5 more minutes, then work up 30mins later? just me?!
Dont worry about them helen, you cant please these southerners, in the summer they moan because they dont have enough water and in the winter they moan because they have too much!! ;) And here's me thinking of moving down there in a couple of years...
Hope your all well on this grey and drizzly day, have a nice day now!
