yeah meds were rubbish, theres little point to them as they dont target what they should be targetting with ME. :(

But thank you girls, i know i can rely on you to build me up and make me feel worthwhile again. I have to say though, i'm really super gutted about not being able to get on with the garden :(

Whiley it`s pointless worrying about the garden while the weather is bad. If it comes down to it, in the spring I`ll jump in the car and come down and sort it for you. :D

Awwr Dave! Careful i'll hold you to it!
Darren is handling it all very very well, this is the first time hes seen me this low, so its all getting a bit intense but hes handling it really well. He keeps post it notes for me of things i need to remember [forgetfulness is incredibly common and frustrating at this point] and is brilliant for fetching me things, picking me up from work so i dont have to wait standing up for the bus, things like that.

Hes very well, we're planning our valentines day event tonight, not sure what to do!

    Morning all.
Yesterday was indeed better than I thought!

Finally saw someone who was able to tell me correctly what was wrong with me after 45 minutes of a very grueling and intensive assessment something called 'flat back'.

The very nice young guy 'John' who is bigger than my boys the guy has gotta to be 6ft 7 at least! John knew his stuff better than the last person I saw and just like an AA guy does he talked his way all through the session.

Can't cured it but can make it an awful lot better for me strangley he found out I was incredibly stiff on my right side as for years I must have been favouring that side, just need to pop out and get one of those 65cm exercise balls (you know the ones that look like a space hopper but with no handles) and away I go!

Afterwards I felt like a million dollars I was walking on air although at the same time I did feel like I have done a couple of rounds with Mike Tyson but on the plus side I didn't need any pain killers until quite late in the evening!

As you can imagine I'm really pleased and I'm very thankful for the doctor who rushed the assessment through for me he wasn't even my own GP!

On a sad note poor Bob's double over in pain with incredible back pain it's not looking good as it could well be his kidneys packing up...fingers crossed it's something else.

Well that's it guys I promise now not to bore you all with my back pain woes anymore as things are at least for me looking pretty damn good.

Thank you once again for putting up with me you are all very sweet indeed, God bless you all. [IMG]
