    Morning all.

Well done Rosa for reaching the big 12,000 and within a decent time span too.

Shiney I hope your evening went trouble free and a good time was had by all, also I do hope you and Mrs.Shiney had some help cleaning the dishes etc. as I can't imagine how many you got through.

I'm still getting things ready for the boys Mike is getting picked up tomorrow around noon but I'm also hoping I can still get to my physio at 9.40.

I want to ask John (the physio) why am I still in a great deal of pain if I don't take my drugs even though my mobility is incredibly good, although I still can't bend down and stretch at the same time but I'm happy with what I can do I just would like to know whether I will ever be drug free.Hel.xxx.

Morning Helen and all,Helen your body produces Endorphins they are are a class of neurotransmitters produced by the body and used internally as a pain killer you need to excercise hard to produce endorphins, regular physical activity stimulates the production of these neurotransmitter chemicals in the brain. They lift your mood and give you more energy, and cycling is a great way to achieve this, have you considered setting up a cycle trainer to supplement your stretching routine, have a word with your physio see what he thinks, have a safe day everyone.

Good morning everyone [IMG] Nice to see so many people on here at this time of the morning and on such a lovely day.I expect the night shift will be a long later when they have woken up :D

Woo,hope you had a nice lie in,you probably needed it [IMG]

Helen, when I was told to leave off of the pain killers by the Osteopath within a few days the pain came back,so had to start taking them again, but gradually I managed to hit them on the head.

When I was working in the greenhouse Saturday morning pricking out seedlings after about 30 minutes my back ache started again, the same as when I kneel down to do weeding,I have the same problem.I now know that I have to do everything in moderation, that is why I try not to sit at the computer for too long.

Do ask John what is the right course of acttion you need to take.Good Luck [IMG]

Shiney hope you all enjoyed your meal with your friends. Our Sunday Lunch was nowhere near as posh as yours but it still was most enjoyable :D

Rosa,Congratulations on reaching 12.000 posts in under two years.I don't think I will ever catch up with you and LoL though [IMG] :D

Enjoy your day everyone in all that you do

Good morning everyone, it is brightening up out there now.

Helen and Kandy, I wish you both a lot better. [IMG] [IMG]

The meal went very well but nobody helped with the washing up  -they were too busy talking [IMG] Having a dishwasher helps a lot. We put all the plates and cutlery in there but we wash the saucepans and dishes by hand. Fortunately, I tend to wash pans as I work. [IMG]

    Have a great day :D

Rosa, sorry to hear about your Migraine.Very nasty things. If it carries on you might need to have a word with your doctor to see what he can suggest.I find if I am sitting staring at the computer screen for too long it gives me a headache, but not being a medical person I wouldn't like to guess as to waht might have triggered it off.Just try and rest and take it easy [IMG]

Shiney, glad to hear that everything went off ok.I always say to Mr K about the amount of washing up there is just for a Sunday dinner, though I am like you I like to do it as I am going along. We have no room for a dishwasher anyway

Imp,as you are starting to feel hungry I am going to put up a photo of Mr K's lamb roast that I cooked for us both yesterday.Hope you like it...

    Enjoy your day everyone [IMG]

    Imp,thats why Mr Kandy comes back for more because I know how to look after him,though it would be nice if once in a while he did the Sunday dinner.Now that has given me an idea{sorry the gremlins are not working either grrrrr}
