hi pal, thanks doing well 7.15pm now and still not had a ciggy, im not that bothered really just hope this keeps up and i never have another.

 

Keep going Rosa. It's 30 years for me when we realised it kills you and doesn't taste like 'cool as a mountain stream'. Play it hour by hour for now, then day by day. It isn't easy but believe me it's worth it.

 

thanks john, at times its been quite hard tonight, i almost forgot and thought about getting the pkt out then realized i had none,had a sweet instead then it passes and im fine now, its determination and will power and anyone that has never been in this situation just doesnt realize how hard this is.
quite suprising just how many smokers there was over the country that have quit, lets hope i can keep it up.

 

hi marley, thanks, still havnt had one my second night, just answered in the other thread , lets hope i can keep it up then when mr kandy stops his smokes, kandy can show him these threads.
this smoking with the government is getting beyond a joke now,charging people a year before they can buy a pkt from the shops, its just no enjoyment having a cigarette now when your out, not that i ever smoke when im shopping so probably this has made it a little easier for me, keep your fingers crossed.and i can get money saved towards my next holiday in dec, hoping to get to thailand this year.

third morning, last night i got woke up at 2 am couple next door arguing, i went mad shouted at them and i could of nicely just had a cig but didnt have any, just enjoying my morning milky coffee and not really bothered about them.
no snow here sunny and its very frosty so we still could get some, lets see everyones snowy pictures.
