    when you come over for a visit you can get a train from manhester to newcastle you will have to visit, when do you think you will be over did you say next year

    I am hoping to plan a trip to Manchester to visit with Princess, she is a good friend of mine and bring my daughters and hopefully my husband too, how far is it from Mnachester to where you are?

    I am hoping ti get over next summer for a few days, i will know better in the spring whether it will happen or not.

    There's a soccer team there right?
    Both of my kids play alot of soccer and would love to see a match,

    yes newcastle united its soccer in canada and football over here, princess i guess will take you to see manchester united playing

    I dont think they really care whom they see, they just want to see one, and i would imagine that tickets for a Manchester game would be costly too!!

    couldnt say how much it is to get into a football game, some of the other members may know, I dont go to our teams games either watch it in our local club or on sky tv at home

    It is somthing for me to think about, i had mentioned it to my husband about going over next summer and he didnt say no, just say that we will look at it seriously in the spring, we have our own business so we have to pick and choose when we can get away.

    were else do you go on vacations, I guess you will have been to quite a few places in the states, have you been to mexico, I never got the chance to go there.
    Been to new orleans lived in a place just outside la place was there when they had that hurricane it was terrible we drove out and back up to houston for a couple of nights, when we got back the place was eerie at night, no frog noises from the river next to were we lived.

    I havent been on a vacation for ages, and now with the kids playing so many sports, its hard and then having our business, its makes it even harder to get away.
    I havent been to Florida in years and we did try to go for 10 days last February but had to cancel at the last minute, of course work got in the way, but thats why we are hoping to do somthing next summer.

    I guess the kids just like to do their own thing, and running your business takes a lot of time up.
    dont know when our next holiday will be because of hubbys job working off-shore, north sea, we will wait and see, last christmas we went to thailand for 4 weeks.

    Thats so neat, so he is on an oil rig then? I have a friend here who's husband works on one but he goes to Africa, just off the coast, and he is gone for 3-4 months at a time and they have 4 kids!!
    How long has he been doing this?
