yes hes on an oil rig, just these past 2 years he works all over,england and he has worked in malabo, africa. on-shore and off it would be strange iff he had worked the same place as your friends hubby, that was just over 2 years ago, he did a few trips.he has worked away all his working life

That would be amazing if they have met, i believe that is the only place he goes when he is gone, and has been there for some time.

When he gets home...how long is he there for?
I know of times when my friends hubby just got home for maybe a week or so and they would call for him to go back.

 

he does 2 on 2 off, just waiting for a job to come off in wales once that is running it will be a 5 years contract, but at the moment he is quite happ were he is, keeps him off the drink

 

My friends husband is to do 12 weeks on and 12 off, but they really seem to call him when they have a problem, now i havent spoken with her since the beginning of the summer, they moved to a new house and our nightly walk with the dog was past their old place, but he is gone ALOT!
We dont drink alot, very little actually, i think i have had a case of beer in the back of my fridge since last Christmas :eek: :eek: :D

No actually he didnt and that surprised me..he said we would talk about it more in the spring, that we cant plan that far ahead.
The girls would be happy to get their pic taken at the building, i am nervous about the ticket price (lol).
