    Evening all,
I'm alone here this weekend and the cat can only give so much conversation. So i'm back on the PC and trying to work on my website. Was going to start a big painting of a bunch of border collies but my brain couldn't handle it. And i didn't want to think about going to sleep just yet, otherwise i'll get all panicy. Darrens gone on a paintball game trip.

Still no news about mums biopsy which is horrible, just still sitting there with potentials on my mind.
Went to nans yesterday, shes turned 72.
We had a lovely meal in our favourite restauranty pubby place, i urge anyone visiting Devon to go to Coombe Cellars near Newton Abbott. Lookit the view.

Anyway, also whacked up a lot of photos from recent trips to World of Country Life in Exmouth in the members galleries.

    Hope everyone is well.

Morning Everyone,0) well what a beautiful day it was yesterday, who would have thought we could grab a bit of summer back so late in the year, I'm dead chuffed. I just sat out in it all day and made the most of it, browsing through my new seed catalogue:thmb: There were things I probably should have be doing but who cares,The most energetic thing I did was a bit of dead heading. Lets just hope the weather is as nice today. Have a great day all.

    Morning 02 and all.

Totally agree with you 02 lovely weather yesterday although some of us were working a little bit harder than just dead-heading but you are of course forgiven for being a little lazy and soaking up the rays after all we have got to make the most of the sunshine.

Whiley lovely pictures of the sea view even better the one of all you young ladies together although truth be told I bet you couldn't get a word in edgewise because I'm pretty sure you girls can chat away for England.:D

Just having a nice cuppa and then off to the car boot for me bargains after all it should be a good'un today what with all this nice weather we have been having.Have a nice Sunday peeps.Hel.xxx.

    Good morning everybody.

What a lovely day we had yesterday and it is going to be the same today. Got lots of gardening done after I had prepared, cooked and served the lunch for Mrs shiney's students. Another load of students to do lunch for again today.

Yesterday we got an official invitation from Aimee :D to dine at a nice pub last night. This was her thank you for looking after her the other week. When we turned up at her house last night she almost licked us to death :D

    Have a great day :thumb:

Good Morning everyone hope you are all fine and well:)

We have just got back from a lovely two weeks holiday up in the Lakes and have had a brilliant time as well as celebrating our Wedding Anniversary while we were up there.:luv: We were going to go somewhere different next year for a change but by the end of last week decided to rebook again but a week later this time:thmb:

I expect the lottie will be overgrown and at home all our outside tomatoes are blighted so will have to throw the whole lot away, though at the moment the Gardeners Delight seem to be hanging on.I expect that is the price to pay for not spraying everything with chemicals...{no toms}We shan't bother wasting our time with growing them next year:(

Hope you all have a good day in all that you do:thumb::luv:

    Morning Kandy and all.

Nice to have you back Kandy I'ave missed you . Glad you had a wonderful time away if things work well then go with the flow I mean why change something that makes you feel so good as I'm sure next year you will enjoy your hols just as much as you did this year if not more.

Fingers crossed Kandy that you can see your plot because boy does those weeds know how to grow!:D

Our first shed is nearly done we are just waiting to see what we can pick up for the roof and in no time at all I'll be making the guys a nice cuppa when they come round for a chat and if they are lucky maybe a slice of something nice to eat too.:D

Have a lovely Monday guys and may the sun still shine on you all.Hel.xxx.

    Good morning everyone,

I'm pleased you had a good time up there :thumb:. We also lost most of our outside toms to blight but have been lucky that the few plants the other side of the veg patch haven't caught it. The hanging basket toms that we have been trialing have also survived and done very well. Once all the results are in I hope that they will let us know what variety they are. The toms in the greenhouse are fine but the grobags we used have been very poor. Back to pots again next year.

Helen, once you have the shed nice and cosy you'll find you will end up spending a lot of time socialising in it :thmb:. Have got any comfy chairs yet? :D

    Have a great day :D
