    Morning Kandy,

You've got the same sun as us :D. Lovely photo of the fells :thumb:. Seems like it was only a couple of weeks ago that I was walking across them :lollol:.

Here is this morning's spider hammock :)

    Good morning everyone. :)

We are in Seventh Heaven ... as the heaven's opened with a vengeance last night and it thundered and lightninged throughout the night until 8.30 this morning. Having only had two light showers in the last couple of weeks, this is the first 'rain' since April .... and the ground and trees and shrubs are loving it! :thumb:

Sadly no gardening for me today and the Salvias and Lantanas desperately need tending to ... but they will have to wait! So I'm off to make a corned beef and onion pie instead.

Do hope the rain clearly slightly this evening so I can watch Strictly and X-Factor as, even with our large dish, we are on the fringes.

Enjoy you day and weekend and I hope it's wonderful and sunny for you.

PS It was morning when I started this but the line keeps going down!

    Good morning woo and all,

Another wonderful morning with beautiful sunshine and it will be a warm sunny day :thumb: :). Unfortunately, I shan't be taking advantage of it as I am playing in a bridge tournament all day and it doesn't finish until 9.30 p.m.

    Have a great day :D

    Morning Woo Shiney and everyone.

Been up a little while but have been preparing the meat and vegetables to go in my slow cooker ready for tomorrows dinner which will go down nicely now that the weather is getting cooler. It is only 48f indoors and 63f outdoors at the moment.

Shiney sorry to hear the sad news that you will miss this lovely day stuck indoors.I think I know where I would rather be:D

Hope you all have a lovely day and will leave you a piccy from the top of Surprise View...

    Morning Kandy :),

That's a pretty sharp photo of the Lodore Hotel :thumb:. Your zoom must be quite powerful :).

Did you walk up to Surprise View through Rosthwaite and Watendlath?

Morning Woo, Shiney, Kandy, Rosa and everyone. started off a bit dull here but the sun is shining through now. Mr 02 is off to town to meet some Irish buddies he hasn't seen in a while. So I'm sure the guinness will be flowing.:dh: No doubt will be a little worse for the wear when he gets back. He's not a big drinker. So will make sure his dinners ready for when he gets back, before he falls to sleep. 02

Good morning to all 9:11AM here on a beautiful Sunday morning. The rain has finished, looking forward to some garden work. The grounds are all soaked so should be a wet fun. Have to finally plant those baby rose climber in next to the pergola (will get pic and send it to my garden site). Enjoying a good cup of coffee now. My cousin Richard sent me a special pound to try, its very good.
    Have a good day all.

Morning all, looks like we could be in for a nice day again today. Well it's my mums birthday on Sunday so my sister and me are going to ring around to find somewhere nice to take her for Sunday lunch and maybe a few vino's. She would rather go out in the afternoon coz she's not one for going out in the evenings these days. Considering the Axe and Cleaver in Dunham Massey as there is a lovely park there with deer etc, where we can go for a nice walk to finish the day off. Hope you all a have a lovely day. 02

Morning Hel a a great day hun. x

Good Morning everyone, another day another dollar.

Not much on today, taking a walk through Pennington Flash this afternoon so plenty of birds and the autumnal colours beginning to take shape on the trees will be magical.

I hope everyone has a good day.

    Good morning everybody,

It was a good tournament yesterday and my team did quite well :thumb:. It's a bit grey today but we are off to Clacton to have lunch with some friends. I've never been there before so I don't know whether to take my bucket and spade. :)

    Have a great day :D
