Thank you Victoria and Jazmine and Shiney. I must admit, it would be evenings that I am mainly here, mornings are just too busy! Evenings tend to be when I get to sit and relax and find out about the things I need to know for my garden. Mornings are spent in the garden!

    Good morning everyone,

Nice to see more members joining in on here,we don't have any airs and graces on here and everyone is more than Welcome to join in and talk about anything and everything and if there is anything you need to get off your chest so to speak or need advice about anything then we are all here to help and all advice is free:D

When I first joined this board I felt the same as you Scillygirl that I was intruding in other peoples conversations and didn't like to intrude, but I got to know the people who post on here and found them all likeable people so I bit the bullet and jumped right in.:D

If at any time anyone isn't interested in reading the posts, they can always scroll past those posts and read the ones they are interested in:gnthb:

Anyway, here is a photo of a couple of bees that I hit on Saturday that I was telling you about{sorry bees} and then another photo of the lovely chokkies and flowers my neighbours gave me at lunch time for looking after Monty their German Shepherd from time to time and for looking after their house while they were away in France the other week.I was Gobsmacked to recive the gifts as I like helping people out, such is my nature:o

I am also keeping an eye on their daughter this morning as she isn't very well and they both are working but at least the hubby is only working half a day.I just hope that the daughter doesn't have a bad Asthma attack as I wouldn't have a clue waht to do apart from dialing for an ambulance:p

Anyway, hope the garden visit went off ok for you Shiney and Jazmine and that you both got loads of photos and that everyone else had a great Sunday:gnthb:

Apart from babysitting this morning I have to wait in for the delivery of the replacment Rotavator for the one that got stolen the other week from our allotment shed so Mr K will enjoy having a new toy to play with when he gets home tonight:hehe:

Sorry for the long post and I hope you all have a great day and fantastic weather:luv:

    Good morning everyone,

It was a lovely day yesterday walking round the gardens and it got quite hot in the sunshine. I'm going to have to give gardening a miss today as I have too much paperwork to catch up on :(. I've been neglecting it too much and I'm sure that some of it should have been dealt with before now.

    Have a great day :D

Morning Kandy, Shiney, Rosa and all.

Welcome Natalie now don't be shy sweetie come and join in you will find we are indeed a very friendy (if somewhat crazy ) bunch of people and as the saying goes 'There's always room for another one' even if you're not crazy!:hehe:

No matter what time of the day you're on come tell us all what you've been doing / going to do or just even rant and moan which we all do now and again!:D

I missed coming on yesterday but made the most of the stunning weather as I'm starting to redo the front garden (again) maybe now I'll get it looking right as it's the third time I have 'done it' since we moved in 3 years ago!

Kandy the honey bees have been swarming around here too although I have never heard of them being in a car accident before it must have been scary not only for them but you too and the mess YUK! It was sweet of your neighbours to give you the 'thank you' gifts I'm sure you enjoyed them.

Shiney it sure was hot outside yesterday I was thinking of slapping the sun-cream on and reading a book but work had to be done. The book I'm reading at the moment is called 'Forgotten Vocies of The Second World War' which is an amazing book I read the one on the first World War last week and couldn't believe how thrilling it was it was a real eye opener Dan brought it the other week and I thought I would take a peek before him!:hehe:

Rosa fingers crossed that this time your car is fixed for good, I think you have been very patient with the garage sweetie.

Bob's starting the side decking along the hedge or at less clearing out loads of soil so he can start today with should make clipping the hedge a little less stressful than it is at the moment ..... well one can hope!

    Have a nice day guys.Hel.xxx.

    Hello Friends :luv:
Ohh Kandy your neighbours have good taste!
That was kind of you to help out, I know what you mean about not expecting anything but they probably feel good about giving:)

Shiney, I am so pleased you enjoyed your day out :D I bet your little legs ache :hehe:

Rosa I am hoping and hoping that you get good news about the car.

Hel you are always on the go girl! I hope you make some time for yourself to just sit and unwind :luv:

Penny, I don't blame you for dancing! I think I would be too.
Good luck with the graduation- is one daughter travelling on her year out? That seems to be what they like to do now.
My son went to uni but never took a year out, thank goodness as he still lives here [yes at 30!!] he went away to uni for 7 years then returned and has been here since :hehe:

How long have you lived in your house Peri? It must be hard to leave if you've been there for a season or more and done loads to the garden to make it yours. It would be hard to leave at the whim of someone else after all the effort we put into our gardens.
