I daren't brag but a wee bit of sun here although very windy so fingers crossed we get out into the garden.

Your day sounds good Shiney.....Enjoy. My brother in law is an artist .He does landscapes .If you google Joe Hush he comes up first.

Well after doing my jobs here I am hoping to get out maybe to the coast even though the weather is dull. It will be lovely to just walk along the beach, that's how I feel today

Rosa - sorry to hear of car troubles again - hope it gets sorted but you might have to stomp feet at this!

I have had a brilliant morning because it isn't raining,my washing is almost dry,houseworks done and the garden is all finished and looking good.Just about to pop the meat in for dinner and i feel a relaxing afternoon coming on We might even grab an hour in the sun if it stays around.

Eeh hey Jaz ,i may have had 2 or 6 he he :hehe:

No Nat, Joe is fab and his daughter Ellaine is really good too .My sister makes the cards .They make a great team and do so well.I am only good at painting walls :lollol:

Rosa i really didn't know how bad things were regarding your car until i read your thread and have to say i agree with Marley

I think that the 'donate/check' thing is something old on the forum - recall reading it somewhere! When I look at it though Pippa - yours says 'donate', and mine says 'check'....so think that we may all see 'check' on our own, and 'donate' on everybody elses. I think it means I can donate to you......but have no idea what/if you can do anything with it anymore!

That's not Timmy's coffee you're headed for is it Penny? Must be time for me to visit the Canada Shop in London and restock! The gas station here just has a 'Tim Horton's machine', and don't sell the cans or anything - just machine coffee (but all made with skim milk) and donuts. Would kill for a bowl of the chicken stew in a bread bowl......yummmmmm

 

Goo dmorning everybody! Well, kids have slept in (so far!) but I forgot to turn off my weekday alarm - as won't be needed while on holidays from work! Silly me - could still be sleeping :( ah well, great opportunity to get some little things done before the kids all wake up! Happy Monday everybody
