Hi Rosa i am ok mood wise today thanx,it must have been that damned stuff

 

I've started taking 1600mg's a day of Glucosamine sulphate for my joints.Sometimes I have Arthritis so bad in my hips and wrist I cannot stand the pain.For the last 3 days my left ankle has been painful to walk on,and for the last 2 days my right wrist has been murder.I just keep taking my Devils Claw until the pain goes away.I hate having to go to the Doctors. I try and do things naturally

 

I am heading out for the day...may check in tonight and see who the night owls are (lol).

No Rosa,not that I noticed.Perhaps that is why it faied of course I should have replied on your email.I didn't I did you a fresh one.I will have to delete your old address and add your new one.I was busy reading what you had written,so didn't look at the address.I came upstairs to talk to my sister on the phone by which time Mr Kandy had jumped on the lap top,and he won't get off.
I am upstairs with the window open and there is a nice cool breeze blowing.I am having my hair chopped tomorrow,do you remember me saying about it?

Shiney left me a nice piece about Tina.It is right though what he says about it being difficult saying things,but at least his thoughts are with us which is nice

yes watched it last night mind it had me fooled i honestly thought sadie was a gonner, not going out tonight gogs got my pjs on. going out tommorow for a few of these
