Yawn ... wakey, wakey ...

Good afternoon everyone! Just really getting on line. Did the weekly shop then had lunch and the phone range ... it was our Portuguese friend in England wanting a chat, so that was an hour! Glad it wasn't my phone bill, mid week, middle of the day. I wait till the weekends, cheap rate 7pm Friday to 7am Monday!

Just having a mosey around here then have a few gardening things to do.

Hi, Marge! Just about to pop outside. We've been under threat of rain but I find it difficult to see if coming through the blue skies and puffy white clouds! :D :D

Have started getting a few things ready for our trip ... it's coming up quick, a week Saturday we leave! Pick up my sister and brother-in-law from the airport on the Friday evening so not much "hand over" time! :eek:

That was the small dumpling.I left the big one for Mr Kandy if he wants it,though now he is on a low fat diet for his high colestrol and blood pressure he will turn his nose up at it.
It must be horrible to be skinny and suffer such problems :D :D

Dag,a big "Thankyou" for your apology a rare thing in this day and age,something my O/H wouldn't dream of doing.I think I was having a bad day also,as I had just picked up the dog's ashes from the vet's so was feeling a bit down.
Hope the builders soon get you back home and you can get logged on again.

Good Morning all.I see our good friend Marley is home hope you had a great holiday!Didn't catch you yesterday Kandy but i see you had a trying day,you really are in need of your upcoming break & can recharge the batteries so to speak.I am out at 8.30 & not back til 5.00.Been quite heavy rain here looks set in for the day.
