Thanks Gogs.Been doing it for most of my adult life. I did two years voulantary at our local Maternity Hospital.
My O/H thinks I am bonkers for helping people, but I cannot stop myself,as the saying goes a friend in need.
The problem is I get embarrassed when they try to pay me for what I do for them,so I have to scarper quickly before they get the chance. The smile on their faces is enough for me,though I have been called a Star,Diamond and Gem in the past.
My one regret is not being in the financial position to do more...

Hello Kandy, Gogs and Penny! Guess Rosa's getting sorted out with BT today so hopefully we'll hear from her later.

I've been busy sorting things out here today ready for my sister and b-in-law coming. Our English Transit Van is going in for a Portuguese inspection (MoT) this afternoon, so fingers crossed! Want it done ready for the trip to England next week.

Oh, so much to do, so little time ...

Yes, hurray! Have our certificate for here!

You can't get suet here except in the "English shops" then you pay three times the price so I don't bother. May look when we're back there and see about the sell by dates.

Well done LOL.Mine passed this week, though it failed last year,so had to have some work done on it.OK this year,I don't do many miles in it a year.We have new computerised certificates now and the garage was warning people about accidently chucking them away.

Good morning, Kandy. Where did you see Gogs? or was she on another thread?

The two little uns woke us before dawn leaping around on the bed and I could never get back to sleep after that. T'other half is still asleep, don't know where the little uns are and Magic Sam is sitting on the chair next to me.

It was misty first thing but the sun is out now.

    Have a nice day!

Hi Windy. You need to drink plenty of fluids for that headache preferably water and lots of it.I was reading yesterday that when a womans Oestogene levels drop, then that is when headaches occur.I'm going through the menapause,so now I know why I'm suddenly starting to get them.
    Just take care of yourself
