    Mild and sunny here, which is a good job. as I left Willow's present out on the cold frame all night :yikes: She did give it to me while I was gardening :doh:

        Hello everyone, are you having a good time. I am well repleat! Just taken Amber out for her last walk of the day. I bought her a long toy mouse thing with lots of squeakers in it, do you think I can find it. I do not know what she has done with it! Have a good time everyone, God bless.

          Hi Moyra, I'm pleased you've had a good time. :blue thumb: Amber should find her toy :)

          We went for a lovely stroll in Hatfield Forest in the brilliant sunshine. Some of the trees are 1,200 years old!

          Now I'm going to make a nice lentil soup - onions, garlic, lentils, carrots, cumin, coriander, a touch of tomato paste, black pepper and some lemon. We'll have it tonight with roast, marinated chicken thighs (light spices and garlic), roast spuds, cauli and Brussels.

          We've just watched the programme on the Queen's garden. Next episode on Sunday. They took better pictures than I did :sad: :heehee:

                    I don't think I'll do much today but I've already done the washing and the tumble dryer is nearly finished drying. I'll have the ironing done before Mrs Shiney gets up :blue thumb:

                          Good morning everyone,

                          I hope everyone is feeling fine :thumbsup:

                          It looks like everyone had a lovely day yesterday:wub2:..I thoroughly enjoyed it too:dancy: everyone was fed and watered and good fun was had by all.Just before 9.30pm I put my new 'magic' pyjamas on that Father Christmas gave me,They're 'magic' because minutes later I was fast asleep in the chair:snooze:

                          I've got a nice lazy day a head of me,a stroll with the dogs ,sowing my onions then I'm not going to lift a finger:yes::yahoo:I might see if I can manage to take the lid off this 'ere tin of sweets though;)
                          There's a man on the telly say's we could get some snow in these parts:th scifD36:

                            Morning all

                            Very frosty here but the sun is coming out so should be another lovely day.

                            Been a great few days as my son and his girlfriend were here but they've headed back to Scotland this morning.

                            Going to have a lazy day too I think. Will walk the dogs, top up the bird feeders then there's football on the TV all day so that's me sorted :smile:. I got a breadmaker from Santa so I might have a play with that later.

                            Hope you all have a chilled out Boxing Day and the blizzards stay away.

                              Morning boxing day people :window:

                              Bit of frost when I came home last night, but its gone now, not sure I believe the snow forecast, a day of so before that they were giving a severe weather warning for gale force winds for today, still as anything out there :th scifD36: and the barometer is the highest i've seen it for months.
