Good morning all my friends on this wonderful July morning hope that you are all filled with positive vibes and good feelings of anticipation for the bonus of a day that is in front of youof course you are ;)

Its been raining here for many hours ,but that is good , sunshine is just around the corner,I am debating on what to have for breakfast,ie Muesli or the sensible healthy option "A full English":heehee:
I think I will go for the healthy option,2 sausages, two eggs,2 rasher of best back bacon, fried slice, and some mushrooms,a little bit of what you fancy does you good ;)
Enjoy your day and take care:smile:

          Aloha everyone,

Too early for me to eat yet. I usually leave it until after 9 am to eat. Amber has hers before I take her out which is what she will wont any minute now.

Going to do some more washing, I think but yesterday's is still out on the line under the gazebo. Will have to put another line up under there as the two I have are already full 3 metres across is not a lot of line room is it. But Amber's walk comes first.

Have a lovely day all. Hopefully, it will be mainly dry. God bless.:wub2::wub2:

            Aloha everyone,

Steve, it's not too bad helping someone out if you know it's going to be reciprocated. :blue thumb:

Still a bit damp here. I've got to get up in the loft today and do a nasty job. For the last month or two we've been infested with clothes moths  (they're tiny little things). We, eventually, tracked them down to a carpet in the loft where they had been laying their eggs.

The carpet was an old one that we had laid in the loft about 30 years ago to cover the boarding up there. Two weeks ago I went up there to shift everything off it (there was lots of stuff on it) so that the professionals could come in and spray the car pet. They went up there wearing space suits (well, it looked like that) with full head masks as well and sprayed. We were told not to go up there for two weeks and now I have to go up and get the carpet out.

I'll have to cut it up and bag it before I can bring it down. I have to dress up in old clothes (not a problem as all of them are old :heehee:) and wear gloves and a face mask. I don't mind all that but it's the bending down to do the work that will be tough. :phew:

Keep well and have a great day

            Aloha!

              Good morning everyone,

Shiney, that seems a bit of a heavy job, don't go overdoing it!

Steve, seems a shame you have to work today but at least it gives you next Saturday off to tag onto you holiday.

Have a good day everyone, I hope I do after another bad night up and down and sick. Obviously it has not cleared my system yet as much as I thought it had. God bless. 236444.jpg

Moyra, I'll take it easy ;)

Woo, no problem as I have the whole of the loft boarded. :dbgrtmb: I can't even imagine all the lifting and bending I had to do to get it boarded :phew:. It's tongue and groove flooring!

                      Good morning everyone,

Blimey I haven't half missed you all and it's only been 2 days without a signal:doh:...

Steve..It'll work out well going in today so your time off is extended, have a good one:thumbsup:

                      Shiney...:phew: That sounds like a job and a half,and it'll be warm up there too,take care:dbgrtmb:

                      Moyra..Hope you've had a better night:grphg:

Woo...Last night I was desperate to get a picture for you but couldn't seem to crack it:scratch:..just before bed I could hear this sqwarking,it was going on for a while then I could hear something replying to it so went outside looked up and on the aerial there was a beautiful (looked young) owl and the next thing another came and sat by it's side:hapfeet:it was marvellous, ran in got my camera ,I couldn't see them very well but just kept clicking but the pics were all in darkness:gaah:..I really should work out how to use my camera properly but there's too many settings on it and I haven't a clue what they're all about:doh:..That would have the picture of the year:wub2:

Zig ..Have a good day at Brixham in between working that is:thumbsup:

Well after all that I didn't get my chooks, the lady couldn't be 100% certain they were hens as they were still at that age where it was difficult to tell and the last thing I needed was a Cockerel upsetting my lasses:hate-shocked:...so I'll stick with my faithful Hybrids,I can get half a dozen for the price of one Buff Orpington :chicken:...
Came home to find the kitchen decorated with buckets that my Dad had put down after the hail storm they had while we were away, luckily it's not too bad but still work to be done:rolleyespink:
The garden has really grown in just 5 days, lots of jobs there to do too but I like that kind of work:thumbsup:

Enjoy your day everyone and take care:SUNsmile:

Loli, I hope you get the leaks sorted :blue thumb:

I've done the loft :dbgrtmb: and taken everything down to the dump. There's one small piece of carpet that I couldn't get out because the water softener is on it. Now I've got to make some more trips up to the loft to fill up the softener with salt. :phew:
