    Shiney...I was thinking that very same thing this morning,I remember Mrs Shiney saying that about the Rescue remedy but couldn't quite remember what I should have done it all happened too quickly:doh:I'll make sure I do it next time:dbgrtmb:

    Good evening all,just another little project for the front garden,removed the slabs and replacing them with grass,its been very warm to day,in fact it is now 86 fahrenheit :phew::smile:

    @shiney does Mrs S often need the rescue remedy from flying into windows / doors? Would have thought woo, would have been at most risk :heehee:

    No internet this morning, so couldn't pop in, a Senior manager came into work today, to see how I am handling running the Branch in the absence of the Manager (he's off this week) prevented me from looking in from there :whistle:

        Yet another fine one:thumbsup:...

        Just going to do a circuit round the garden before work and open up the GH,I've always left it open all the time at this time of the year but the nights have been dropping to 12 degrees or less this year:rolleyespink: and after 30+ during the day I don't want the poor toms shocking:dbgrtmb:

          Steve, you would have thought that by now Mrs Shiney would have learnt what a window is! :doh::heehee:

          Woo, no bouncability for me today but I'm keeping my sense of humour.:) My back went yesterday whilst weeding but I'm hoping to find it again before the weekend. :snork: Mrs Shiney is giving my back massages and giving me remedies (Medicinal Compound? :roflol:).

          We're taking friends out to lunch for their 80th birthday. :blue thumb:

          I can't even pick beans with my back as it is so I shall be sitting and/or walking about for most of the day - can't lie down!

                    @shiney sorry the read about your back, hope you mend soon.

                    I was a little late on parade this morning so had to miss you all again.

                    There is a regional managers meeting tomorrow, and they have chosen my branch to hold it ! :yikes:

                    Word has it that we are being held up as an example of how branches should work, and these guys want to see it for themselves, there has also been the odd comment about me (all good I might add), at least it means I get taken out for lunch :thumbsup:.

                      Sarafi is normally a very active cat but hasn't been doing much but sleeping in the shade for the past couple of weeks. Last year he wouldn't let anyone pick him up but Mrs Shiney has gradually been overcoming his dislike of close contact.

                      He now puts up with her picking him up and doesn't yell or fight. During the hot weather he hasn't even bothered to put up any kind of struggle.

                      When he finally decided that he'd had enough he just gently climbed down

                        My back has eased up a bit but my neck is a bit painful. I hope to be OK by the weekend - just light gardening duties then for a few days.
