        Morning everyone, :)

Happy Valentines Day everyone, its not as cold here today, and its supposed to warm up some over the next few days. I guess we had better enjoy it because by the middle of next week, its supposed to dip way back down again.....is it spring yet!! ;)

I'm off at 9:30 for my manicure, and then have some deliveries to do for Brad. We will be going out for dinner, just not tonight, there are some Ski competitions in town, plus Monday is a holiday here, and today is the last day for University students, they start reading week, Kait is going to stay down at school though. So between all the people in town, we'll wait and go out.....since its going to be a zoo here for the next few days.

Off to throw some laundry into the dryer.......so enjoy your day everyone.

                Aloha everyone,

A very windy night but it has eased a little. No vehicles going down the road so I suppose there are trees down. But the sun is shining brightly

I'll take a wander around the estate, to sort things out, when the wind has dropped a little. I don't want to go near the trees in this wind.

                Hope you are all OK.

                Have a great day

                Aloha!

I'm just sat in my counting house counting my blessings,we've been so very lucky here in East Yorkshire...it's wild wet and windy but a walk in the park in comparison to the battering the south has had:phew:.....i hope you are all safe and cozy:dbgrtmb:....

Another day closer to Spring so that'll do for me:blue thumb:....
Be very careful if you have to go out ,stay safe:dbgrtmb:

                  Have a great day everyone,take care:SUNsmile:

It's still very sunny but extremely windy. I walked into the village and it only took me 17 minutes to get to the village shop (which was closed because they had no power ) but it took me 40 minutes to walk home as I was walking directly into the wind. It was two steps forward, one step back!

My eyes were streaming from the wind in them but it was very invigorating.

Sarafi's not silly. He's fast asleep in the greenhouse :)

                      Aloha everyone,

Lost a garden arch, will need resiting again when the wind calms down, the gazebo is beyond redemption but more than that we were left without telephone, internet and television all this morning so it was good to get it back on again. I tried to set up my laptop but couldn't get it going on the dongle I have, probably because I do not understand how it works. Have a good time all and look after yourselves. God bless.

                      Aloha!:wub2:

                        Aloha Woo and everyone,

I can't keep any post short :heehee:

Moyra, it shouldn't take too much to get your garden put back together :blue thumb:

I did a quick patrol around the garden, accompanied by Sarafi,
                        P1190763.JPG
and I shall need to make a few trips with the big barrow to clear away all the branches and twigs. We've also lost about 6ft off the dead flowering cherry that we have the clematis Montana climbing. That will take a bit more effort to clear as it's still up the tree!

Yesterday turned out to be a lovely sunny day and this morning has started off with sunshine and blue skies.

                        Have a great day

                        Aloha!

Sarafi is a Snow Bengal and he's not our cat.

He lives four doors away but spends a lot of time sleeping in our greenhouse. He is a real hunter and we often see him stalking through the fields. He isn't frightened of anything, and we quite often see him wandering around in thunderstorms (water doesn't bother him either) and he crosses the busy road with no trouble.

He's quite big but not as big as our Oscar was - who was 17lbs.

Shiney, Sarafi is a beautiful cat and seems to like your garden better than his own.
