Moyra...Yes it looks like it's a soggy one all round......my kitchen floor is covered in doggy blankets .....

I keep trying to convince myself that we haven't had too bad a Winter so far....apart from the wet and the winds ....no snow yet and no really hard frosts so i suppose we're getting away with it so far....

The lurgy has well and truly got me so a few days off should see me right....

Its another cold morning here, but we didn't get any snow overnight.....thankfully!!

I'm off here in a bit to do some deliveries, and need to stop into the grocery store for some fresh fruit, and veggies.

It's all quiet on the East Yorkshire front....i got wrapped up and had a wander round the garden for a bit of fresh air (rotten cold) while the dogs were getting teased by the squirrels....there seems to be even more this year....
It's very dry out there too,the water has drained away and everything is snuff dry ripe for snow laying by the looks of it....

Moyra...be careful when you're out walking with Amber

Morning everyone,

Its not as cold here today, thankfully!! We also didn't get anymore snow overnight, kind of nice to have a break, I was supposed to go down to Toronto, but its windy here and with the snow banks being so high, you drive in and out of white outs, so not going today but will tomorrow since the wind is supposed to be gone.

I need to do some banking and then some grocery shopping, since I'm home today.

Off to throw some laundry into the dryer, so enjoy your day everybody.

Aloha everyone,

What a joy to get up to sun and take Amber out for a walk in the sunshine it was lovely. She still came back all muddy and wet but it was just lovely to be out in the fresh air without it piddling down. It didnt stop raining all day yesterday and what with the water coming back in through Steve's ceiling and down the walls again I got so depressed made this morning all the better for seeing the sun and getting some fresh air. Shame the sun has gone now and it is clouding over ready for the next onslaught of rain.

Well Shiney and Loli what are we going to do with you two not to be outdone by one another with your dreaded lurgies. The trouble is just when you think you are over it back they come again so do wrap up warm you two and look after yourselves.
