    Morning all

Hot and sunny already and set to be a scorcher.
It's ok Shiney, was just a joke - the thought of me using a rifle is both :yikes: and :runforhills:. There are far too many rabbits around for anyone to sort them out so I'll just have to work out which plants they don't fancy. There's loads of pasture land all around and clover on the lawn, they won't starve.

:heehee: @ Loli with the snail babies, you're a big softie.

Hope you feel less tired Moyra, how did Amber get on at the vet?

Fingers crossed for a painless MOT Woo

Glad the work is picking up Zigs - are you still thinking of setting up on your own?

Good thoughts to everyone and wishing you all a great day.

Eve, if it wasn't for the fact that one of my friends loves fresh rabbit I don't think I would do it. I don't eat rabbit but it's his favourite food.

Good morning Steve and all my other friends on another bonus of a day, have a great day and stay safe:smile:

The car failed the MOT as one of its tyres had a boil on the inside,so £50 for a new tyre and £27(half price) for the MOT=£77 total, and it passed with flying colours);)

Turned the fence panel up the right way and now all I have got to do is paint them to day,Thought about purchasing one of them sprayers but decide to do stand in the sun an do it by hand,as I don't know anyone who has used one,B and Q's have a deal on £20 sprayer(£20),buy one get one free on the stain:smile: anyway doing it by hand will be therapeutic for woo ,staring at wood for 2-3 hours will be exciting and exhilarating:lunapic 130165696578242 5:

To everyone who's feeling a little under the weather, hope you all feel better as the day go's by;):grphg:

Good morning everyone, going to be another hot one.

Shiney feeling better this morning but because I was overlate taking the one tramdol yesterday and Steve made me eat on my queasy stomach I was violently sick later. I know when I shouldn't eat but he thinks he knows better than me. Hope you are on the mend now.

WOO well done on getting the panel sorted and painted. Don't overdo the sun now will you.

Loli, you did make me laugh over the snail having babies, I certainly would have fed it to the chucks.

Steve, well done on your second week and all the new learning.

Zigs, glad you are back in business and hope it goes from strength to strength.

Well Amber did well at the vets on Monday but now she has to go back for her boosters today! Have a good day all and don't overdo the sun please. God bless. :wub2: 236444.jpg

              Aloha everyone,

Zigs, that sounds like good news so good luck with the tenders :blue thumb:

Woo, be careful out there in the sun as they're predicting our hottest day this year. Make sure you don't get overexcited with all that wood staring!

Moyra, it's good to hear your beating the drugs :blue thumb: but take it easy :grphg:

I hope all the rest of you get to enjoy the lovely summer weather (bit too hot for me) and take it easy.

I'm feeling a lot better and think that the trouble with my foot is clearing a little bit :blue thumb:, although it has also spread a bit .

I got some mowing and hedge cutting done yesterday. The big laurel on the front has now been given a complete haircut and has recovered very well from the serious cut back it got last year. The conifer hedge in the front has had a nice trim and the laurel hedge down one side of the back garden has been done.

I may do a little bit of weeding and some lawn edging today but I'm not going to do it if it's too hot.

Keep well and have a great day

              Aloha!

                Good morning everyone,

                Shiney,pleased to hear you're on the mend,take it steady:dbgrtmb:

Woo...You still watching paint dry:biggrin:...no doubt you're best part through it by now.We got one of those sprayers which did do the job in half the time but personally I'd rather use a brush,I don't know if it's just my fancy but I think you get a thicker coverage...:dbgrtmb:

Moyra..Hope you're feeling better now after your sickness:grphg: pleased Amber is doing well to:doggieshmooze:...be good for your Mum today Amber:thumbsup:

                Eve...shame we didn't have a picture:heehee:...

LWW...Is the Tour De France passing anywhere near you? it's worth seeing them whizz by if they are:thumbsup:

I notice 'mother' snail has cleared off:th scifD36:...and here's me fretting about leaving the 'kids' on their own:doh:...
The sky is breaking up now so the sun will hopefully make an appearance, see now that's something else I complain about, lack of sunshine:rolleyespink: but the minute it starts getting too warm I go off into the shade:doh: spent most of yesterday up at the back of the garden it's cooler there..
                P1040573.JPG

No pleasing some folk is there:heehee:...

Enjoy your day everyone ,stay  and take care:SUNsmile:

                    I lied! :heehee:

I've mowed all the front lawns and the rest of the back ones apart from the wild area (which isn't so wild now).

Then I did a wheelie bin of weeding but have now given up as the temperature has suddenly shot well above 80F.

I filled up the bird feeders and have come indoors to cool down and have some lunch.
