Dare you to cross dress @Zigs, when I had really short hair :yikes: I dressed as Charlie Chaplin to a fancy dress party! it was such good fun! I had a stick on moustache which fell off! But A few people couldn't work out who I was! :heehee: Can't find a photo at the moment. I hope you have great fun whatever you decide to wear!
Not much to report my end, all quiet on the Homefront which is rather nice. :dbgrtmb:
I hope you all have a good day. :)

      Morning early people :)

Couldn't find a Trilby, all sold out after the hat festival, apart from a brand new one at £40 :yikes:

Got a nice shirt, tie and belt though :)

Can't get used to the short back and sides, used to having long hair :hate-shocked:

Not leaving till 10.30 so hoping there might be a cheaper Trilby on the market, would be nice to look the part :)

          Morning all. :spinning:

Hope everyone in GC land is fighting fit.:old:

Well, I am definitely going to make the rain gods work, I cleaned several windows
yesterday, and now I can see out of my kitchen window..only joking :love30:

Cleared all my tomato plants from outside, moved the wooden seat back to
its rightful position, and gave the patio a good weeding around the cracks, and a
disinfecting. Bought the last of my Fuchsias in, ready for inspection and tidying up.

My 'Goody Box' as I call it arrived yesterday, it's actually from a company called
Approved Food. They sell all sorts of products, near or past their expiry date.
Yesterday included in my parcel was dog food, the square Butchers 150g packs in beef
which normally retail for 60p each, I got 10 for a £1. I buy a lot of heavy stuff, saves
me carrying. My poor delivery driver is so nice, he always takes it straight to the kitchen
for me. If anyone wants to order from it, I could arrange an extra 10% discount, if
you want to send me an email address by PM. There is a delivery charge, but I have always
have made so much saving that that is outweighed.

          Off shopping today, nothing exciting.

Everyone make the most of the sun, next week looks :mute::mute::mute::mute:

WOO, I was full of the joys of bouncibility until I took Amber out at 7am and found how cold and foggy it was. I have still to thaw out!

                    Aloha everyone,

The sun has been up for a short while and I've been up all night :heehee:

We have a busy, family, day today. It will start at lunch time with 11 of us going to an Indian restaurant to celebrate our brother-in-law's 75th birthday. There will be four generations there and our new great great niece will be there :blue thumb:. Then back to my sister's for the rest of the day.

I'll need to go out and get another 300 litres of compost because we're working on our winter baskets.

Keep well and have a great day

                    Aloha!

                          Morning all :spinning: .

Lovely sunny day here in Berkshire :spinning:

Been working outside with OH, put out winter mini greenhouse, now filling it
with plants to overwinter under cover. Only another two to go, should just
have enough to put everything away.

Eye seem to have settled down, not hurting at all. Silly :mute::mute::mute::mute::mute::mute: !! That is the first
time ever that I have done anything with my eyes, and that's even wearing glasses.

                          images (1).jpg .

Hope I can get everything cleared up before the bad weather comes. :fingers crossed:

Make the most of the good weather. images.jpg

                              Aloha everyone,

We're expecting to get the rain a bit later this morning. The garden will enjoy it as everything is bone dry. I hope it holds off until a bit later as I need to load the car up with a lot of Mrs Shiney's gear as she's giving a talk to 200 people this morning. :phew:

Family gathering yesterday went well and we had a great meal. Our new great, great grand niece was very good and enjoyed being passed round from arm to arm. A very cheerful bundle of joy. :)

Keep well and have a great day
