Good morning everyone, Steve has gone fishing again this morning wish he would get some work he might pay me some keep then. By golly it is cold this morning wouldn't surprise me there was a frost. About to take Amber out so will soon find out.

That surprised me how mild it is out there, it is colder in my flat than outdoors. Amber had a good run with her friend 'Sausage' what a name to call a dog, but she is a little sausage really a fun dog. Good exercise for Amber too!

Foggy, damp start here today, we are certainly in the depths of autumn, lots of leaves on the ground & a nip in the air.

Hubby feels a lot better this morning, I think an early night did him good, he works incredibly hard, I think he's run down if I'm honest. Thank god it's not man flu

I can see lots of jobs to do in the garden, but guess what? I'm off to work

I'm looking forward to the weekend, I'm off out for dinner with my best friend .

Its a cool and frosty morning here, so glad all my plants are indoors!!

I was supposed to go down to Toronto today, but that's now tomorrow, so today I plan on doing some raking and putter outside because they are calling for heavy rains starting tonight and lasting the next few days.

I do have to take Natalie for an prenatal ultrasound later this afternoon, so Ill keep little Dan the man with me, until dad gets off work.

Off to make a tea, then head outside......so enjoy your day everyone!

 

Made a big mistake on here today. Did a system restore and immediately ended up with a blue screen crash so quickly reverted the system restore. Have learned my lesson! Am now hoping all is well again.

Am really surprised how warm and wonderful it is out there. I know those in the west are suffering some horrible wet windy weather. Lets hope that slips south for them and does not move across the country. Have a good afternoon all, God bless.

 

I was so sorry to learn of the loss of life on the Whale watching boat out in Vancouver Island Bay. Some were from here but also a couple who have domiciled in Vancouver and another also of English origin who was domiciled in Ontario. My nephew is or I hope he is domiciled in Ontario now but I know he wants to travel more. God save those souls that were lost and I hope there are some answers as to why. God be with them . xxxxxxxxx

Good morning everyone,

Too much to expect the wet windy weather not to head our way, so it is raincoat on to take Amber out in a minute. She seems in no hurry this morning thankfully. I have no heating on in the flat at the moment so a little bit chilly round the nether regions but expect as the day warms up outside so it shall in here. No fishing today or work for that matter for the fisherman he has hurt his back somehow pulled a muscle or so he thinks.

He was not amused when I asked him for his housekeeping last night but paid up anyway. If he needs money I will lend him some but I do not like being taken for granted that I can manage without to suit him. Oh well I guess I have made a rod for my own back.

I feel tired this morning, I didn't have a good nights sleep, I shall be on the coffee today, I need as much caffeine as I can get!

Very grey day & it's raining, but it should brighten up later on .

@moyra you are right to ask for your house keeping money, it's not fair for you to do so much for Steve & for him not to contribute.

@shiney I hope the bridge tournament goes well

@Penny in Ontario wrap yourself up well when you venture out into the cold. I'd rather have your frosty start than my dull, wet start! I live a frosty morning, it makes the landscape look so pretty
