Trunky you are right I dug my thermals out as well this morning and was glad of them walking Amber around. Hope Mrs T is feeling better.

Golly it's a bit fresh this morning bbrrrr! I couldn't find the de-icer this morning so sat in the car with the heater running with a blanket round me! Thank goodness it was still dark when I left early this morning .
I had a lovely day with Kev yesterday we went out for Lunch at Elveden (lovely farm shop, festive fair & shops full of necessary items!) I bought a few Christmas decorations :reindeer lights:
I hope Mrs T is feeling better today @Trunky, I wish her a very speedy recovery.

Morning all,

Its cold here today and we got some snow yesterday and some ice on top of that. I was supposed to head down to Toronto but going down tomorrow, give them an extra day to salt and sand the roads.

We had a great weekend, went to the Santa Clause parade, and did some Christmas shopping yesterday.

Off to the grocery store, to get the things I forgot on the weekend.....so enjoy your day everyone!!

 

Morning all. It's a wet one here too. Mrs T is back on form now, thanks for all your good wishes, it must have helped.

Off outside to let out and feed the hens shortly, looks like a wellies and waterproofs job this morning.

Morning all

Wet and miserable here as well.

Bit of a poorly time with my health, struck down last Thursday, could not
get out of bed. Doctor came and diagnosed Pleurisy So, on antibiotics for a week.
Only just finished one pack for a bad ear and throat.

As if that as not enough, woke up yesterday the bed was a horse's head scene
from the Godfather, blood on my pillow massive nosebleed ( which I have never experienced at all in my life) Paramedic came, got it to stop, had to make appointment
to see my doctor.

Went to doctor, another eruption, so had my right nostril cauterised, had to sit with
icepack to close blood vessels, and blood pressure taken. Another prescription
for a special nasal gel (brings total of prescriptions up to 15 for the month.

So now trying not to over exert.

I think I will just to go to bed until the New Year. Plenty of tea , and start
again.

Well that me written out today.

Morning all

I will be brief this morning, as some of you know from the 'rainbow room' my beloved
dog Fred was put to sleep yesterday. He tried until the very end to hold on to us but he has gone.

Peter has not cried at all yet, I am waiting for something to set him off, and will be
there to comfort him. Me, I blubbered all the way through the vets, and now
just have a heavy heart.
