Yawn Yawn, wakey wakey !! 2015 mk 2

Good Morning everyone, Got a lot on today so must start early by stripping my bed and getting the sheets into the wash then getting the bedroom hoovered and clean sheets on before Tesco deliver a large order expected at 10 am or thereabouts. The rest of the flat also needs a good doing over too. Time the dining table was cleared of clutter of bulbs in containers, Steve's accounts files, darts etc. and some sort of semblance brought back to the living room.

Shall be glad when this Christmas lark is over. Have a good day all, hope this finds you all well, stay warm and dry and above all safe and well.

Oh, when you get an email saying your item has been dispatched, they're lying as 2 hours later they refunded the money saying they don't post to America

It's cloudy and cool out there but I will still make an effort to get my car and the carrier washed today. They are quite dirty because there is a lot of road work going on in my area. I think the construction folk are taking advantage of the mild weather and trying to operate as far into the month as weather permits. Nice change from watching them leaning on their shovels and conferencing...

I braved Bury St Edmunds yesterday afternoon (I should have been at work! ) & I'm delighted to say my Christmas present shopping is complete . Just a bit of food shopping to do

It's my nieces birthday on Monday, I just have to take her to buy some new shoes.....I've been told they have to be 'sparkling shoes!' She's already seen the shoes she wants! God knows what she will be like as a teenager! Lol she will be six next week but knows what she wants & who to ask so she gets what she wants!

No much else going on my end. I hope life is treating you all well.

Still dark here, temperature is 25f so I peeped out and saw the ground has a blanket of snow. Mind you though, it's a thin blanket.

Just finished vaccuuming or you call it "hoovering" the cellar. Wanted to get that done first thing as I've got a load of laundry in the washer which will hang on lines down there and didn't want to be dodging that wet undies and things in order to get this chore done.

Looking forward to luncheon today with my friend at the home. My sons and their families will all be there making it a group of 14. Should be a fun pre-Christmas get together for him.
