It's been yet another lovely summers day here,too hot to garden at one point Now it's getting cooler I'll give the plants a nice drink
I too am pulling the plug as this here machine isn't very well...Apparently it's the thingymajig,whatjamacall it,Mr Loli did say but as always with these gadget things it makes no sense to me what so ever....but it turns out it needs hospital treatment so it will be going for a check up in the morning all this 'technology' is marvellous when it works...

Morning all

Did'nt do bootsale yesterday, chronic backache, so gave it a miss, ActiPatch was a waste
of time, flipping thing would keep sliding about, would be ok on your shoulder, but
not above your buttock, or above the coccyx. Back still giving me gyp this morning

So I mooched about the bungalow, sitting on my various chairs to get some minor
jobs done.

Went through quite a few drawers, and was ruthless with the rubbish inside. The filing
cabinet was redone, and I found 62 pens and pencils We used a lot when we
lived in Cyprus, doing the quizzes for the boat club, I was the organiser for the
monthly dinners and quiz. Why we ever bought all that back when we came back
goodness only knows. Well, I still kept them.

I also went through a lot of papers that needed shredding. Can't be too careful
with what goes in the bin.

Laundry whizzing like crazy, giving the white sheets and other things a good hot wash
today, I like a good white sheet.

What a lovely drop of rain yesterday and this morning, everything is fresh, might have
a wander if the sun comes out later.

Zigs, sorry I didn't congratulate you and Eve, but to be honest I thought you were jesting but obviously not being at Shineyland this year I have missed something, something big. I am so very pleased for both of you my heart felt congratulations to two lovely people.
