Actually, a lot of what I've been doing has helped me with my back,
must be all that stretching .

A bit dull, but the outlook is good. Market day today, so shall be popping
out early, so that I can get back for the next onslaught.

Gracious we had a rather spectacular Thunder storm last night, the lightening was literally lightening up the room , I was so tired I soon dropped off to sleep I'm feeling rather energetic this morning, I'm off to work soon, hoping to get on & get back asap so I can get in the garden
@liliana you have been so busy, I love a good spring clean everything looks so nice when it's all tidy & organised, I think we are having a family BBQ here in a few weeks so I'm going to have to get the windows cleaned.
@Lolimac you aren't wrong the hens most certainly rule me & the garden! We seem to have rather a lot of areas for dust baths at the moment!
@moyra I hope you are feeling well today?
@shiney, I hope all is good at Shineyland & Mrs Shiney is well?

A bright start here, though I think we shall be having a bit of the wet
stuff, ,No, too early , think again, , that's more like it.

Got a bit of sorting still to do, things that were in one room, now just have
to packed away in another

Good morning. In a lot of pain with my shoulders and neck. Just taken some ibuprofen and will rub some volterol in when I finish posting.

Good Morning Folks,

Glorious day here , I woke up at 4.15am for a drink & let the girls out! They didn't get up, just looked at me through the door like I was crazy! They are like three mischievous children this morning, into everything including dashing past my legs, running into the kitchen & scoffing the cat food
I'm going to nip into work for a while then home to do some gardening, the baskets & greenhouse need feeding & the hedges need a good trim, I've not done them this year because we've had so many birds nesting I also need to get the spare hen coop cleaned up & ready for some new hens, I'm ready for some more now, although I'm not going to have ex battery hens this time because they need quite a lot of care to begin with & with work being so busy I've not got enough time to devote to them so feel it would be very irresponsible to take some in right now.

@moyra, I'm so sorry to hear about your neck & shoulders I do hope with some painkillers you will soon feel much better, look after yourself
